We started coming here in November of 2016, right after our son was born. Dr Diaz is helpful and very intelligent, and Dr Falcone, his partner, is incredibly warm and in tune with her patients.. however, the staff that they have working here is literally appalling. At one point I was asked for my family history, and I told the nurse my mother had cancer in her stomach and her ovaries several years ago. The nurse looked me right in the eyes and said 'oh, so your mother is dead now, right?', and continued to make notes. I was taken back, and I told her that no, my mother is in remission now. What an absolutely disgusting thing to say. When my second son was born, I informed a nurse that I was not going to breastfeed, and she broke into hysterics, asking why not. My husband had to step in and tell her that it's a personal decision and she has no right to try and sway us one way or another. On that same day, when the nurse was giving my son his shots, she missed and dropped the needle onto his stomach.
