Dr. Alessandrini is amazing. He did 2 implants for me a few years ago and they were perfect. I also had a molar break that had a crown and he removed it quickly with no issues. His care is fantastic, he evens calls you at home the evening you had work done to check on you. I don’t remember any other dentist or oral surgeon ever doing that. They stayed late to put me under and pull a wisdom tooth with 2 hours notice. The receptionist was so sweet and assured me that I’d feel better soon. I returned to work that night without any swelling despite the tooth being partially impacted and facing my cheek. My manager reviewed the cameras and couldn’t believe that I was back so quickly. A year later I booked again to have the other wisdom teeth pulled. They were all fully impacted and one sat on a nerve. I still had NO swelling thanks to the doctor’s recommendations, and the damage to my nerve healed in the timeframe he predicted. Like before, my downtime was mere hours and I was back to my usual routine. If I ever need an oral surgeon again, this doctor is the only one I’ll see.

My experience with Dr. Alessandrini was absolutely superb from my consultation all the way to my post surgery follow up. He was knowledgeable, thorough, direct, and personable from day one and he made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Completely numb on my right side after my wisdom extraction two years later. He did not support me & very unresponsive. Rushed job with permanent damages

I have permanent nerve damages two years after my wisdom tooth extraction. I am traumatized and will never be the same. He was unresponsive and did not care. A rushed job with permanent affects!’

Dr. Alessandrini is my new Oral Surgeon. I had a cracked infected tooth. I was referred to him from another dentist. The Dr. and his staff are remarkable, 5 star material all the way! Tooth extracted no pain, fast and efficient. I will be back in the future to get implants done. The best experience i have EVER had at a dental clinic.

I had a tooth pulled and everyone was so nice and professional... I even received a call to check up on me.

I would recommend Dr Alessandrini any day! Admittedly I was terrified of having my tooth extracted but Dr. Alessandrini is extremely competent, knows what he is doing and best part there was no pain. He is a GRANDMASTER at his work. Removed and cleaned up my wisdom teeth perfectly. The procedure was almost painless (I have high sensitivity and can still feel pain even with anesthetics) Highly recommended going to this guy if you're trying to remove wisdom teeth. Dr. Alessandrini is definitely a master at what he does! My son took out 3 wisdom teeth and the whole thing was over in 30 minutes! No swelling and hardly any pain. Everyone at the office was so nice. I only wish he was around when I got my wisdom teeth out 30 years ago:)

Good experience. Had tooth extracted. No pain, just pressure. Would highly recommend. Staff really nice.

Not satisfied cause was not told to be refer back to my dentist to have my crown done.Should be more specific giving more information about the whole process about implants procedure.Too costly.

From consultation to actual surgery for my son’s wisdom teeth was phenomenal. Amazing staff, extremely informative and excellent work.

wonderful experience.. had a tooth pulled a couple years ago. Need an implant. He was awesome and made sure i healed properly. I would go back in a second if needed.

The staff and Dr. A were great. I had four wisdom teeth pulled, without any complications. Dr. A even personally called to check on me, post-op. Highly recommend him and his crew.

Bullies at the front desk

Implant failed after 3 months. Wouldn't reimburse me for surgeries even though they were the reasons the implant failed. Perforated my sinus membrane first surgery and didn't tell me until the next visit. Would have been nice to know why I bleed so much heavier and threw up blood for 2 days. So after a year of surgeries and healing, I am stuck with no tooth and sinus problems I never had before. I work in the medical field and I know things happen and would have been happy to move on if he would have given me a reasonable refund. Very good doctor. Got rid of some teeth for me, pulled them, with sedation. Perfect job. I highly recommend him...

I had an extraction yesterday and I was super nervous. Dr. Allessadrini and his assistant were very nice. The doctor discussed everything he was going to do and then trying to make me comfortable. They even play some music from my favorite singer. I would definitely recommend all my friends to this office. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Also, at night Dr. Allessadrini called me to see how I was doing. I am really impressed about the caring service they provide. I usually don't write reviews, but they deserve it for being great. Doctor Alessandrini and Diane did an awesome job. Went home with no need for pain meds after having my wisdom tooth extracted.

Dr. Alessandrini is very knowledgeable with a great surgical experience. I just had a dental implant placement by him. Because of my problem with trigeminal nerve, i experienced a sever pain after implant placement. Thanks to his knowledge & great experience that helped me to overcome the pain and keep my implant. He made time to see me every day and used different techniques to make this experience less painful. Dr. Alessandrini is an excellent surgeon who is, also, patient & professional.

Had my dental implant surgery with grafting this am. The physician and his staff are very professional and accommodating. I chose to have the procedure via local instead of general anesthesia. The numbing needle in the beginning was the worst part of the procedure. Other than that I didn't feel anything other than some pressure but no pain. I have to wait a few months for the healing and paid for a "temp"tooth that should be ready next week. Grateful I had my procedure done at this Practice. Excellent staff and surgeon! I have been waiting for nearly a year to get my implant due to anxiety, not wanting to deal with pain, process, etc...I wish I would've connected with Dr. Alessandrini a year ago! I had extraction w/local and didn't feel any pain during procedure. First 4 days were a little rough, but not intolerable. I opted to use advil for pain and it worked fine. I would HIGHLY recommend this physician for oral surgery...Thank you so much!

I was very concerned about the extraction I was having done, because one I had a few years ago (elsewhere) had gone poorly. The doctor was great. He explained all of the risks to me and got the tooth out quickly (with no pain, but I had nitrous for that). He called me that night to check up on me (the doctor, not a staff person!). I had a concern arise over the weekend so I sent him a text. He was back to me within ten minutes and solved my problem for me (I wasn't post operative care quite right).
