Edward Thomas Arcy

This is more a review of the front office staff at Dr. Arcy's practice. Anytime I call to schedule an appointment or inquire about something, the person on the other end of the phone immediately adopts a surly, petulant tone, subtly mocking what I say and almost gleefully informing that Dr. Arcy has no available appointments sooner than 2 months away. It is not an impatient, overworked kind of tone but seems like an eagerness to deprecate and a genuine loathing of his patients.

Dr. Ed Arcy has cared for my family for 20 years. He is an excellent diagnostician and, equally as important, you know he truly cares. He greets you warmly, he sits down with you in the exam room, and actually listens while discussing your concerns with you. He gives advice about lifestyle changes as well as prescribing medications when they are indicated, and always sets up follow-up visits if a new therapy is begun. He is truly the epitome of the Family Practice physician.

Dr. Arcy has been my doctor for years. He's a very caring and thorough doctor. He takes his time with each patient and although it may take a while, he will make sure that you get his full attention. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a really good doctor.

Have seen Dr. Arcy for 20 years. He is an excellent family physician and have developed a strong admiration for him. His staff is helpful and responsive. I highly recommend Dr. Arcy. Tony D.
