My 21 year old who is shy went to see him for bladder infection because our doctor was busy. He was rude, arrogant and clearly unprofessional when he made fun of her hair color and the fact that she had piercings. He even asked if she was drunk when she got her 2 tattoos. He asked her how many boyfriends she had and how many girlfriends her boyfriend had instead of talking to her in a professional manner. He pulled her mask down only to make fun of her nose piercings. What does that have to do with a bladder infection. I will likely never get her to go to a doctor again because he clearly can’t deal with young adults and treat people like human beings. He was rude, belittled my 21 year old making fun of her hair color and piercings. He talked to her with such disregard for her feelings. I would not allow myself or any of my family members to see him. He had the arrogance to pull down her mask to look at her nose piercings just to make fun of her looks. Very unprofessional. Steer clear unless you are an old person, he seems to be nice to them.

Arrogant Dr. I WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN! DOES NOT WEAR MASk. Reported to OSHA and MIDPH. Also smelled alcohol very strongly on his breath.

No bed side manner. I almost died under his care. He should not be in practice any longer. Told me all I wanted was medication (I don't take medication unless its Tylenol for a headache when absolutely necessary). Ended up being a blood clot and thankfully I made it to the ER before I died.

How the hell is he still practicing?!? I'm surprised malpractice hasn't forced him into retirement. I threw up daily for 6 years before seeking docs outside of mclarens group. Turns out it was my gallbladder and felt marked improvement even hours after surgery. This jerk suggested it was in my head or that I was suffering from bulemia. It damn near frustrates me to the point of tears thinking about it.

He's great but his receptionists are just rude rude rude!! Tons of people have told me the same thing when they went there. He will lose clients because of them I know he already has!

Have been seeing Dr Ball since 1993 and I have no complaints. He has helped me and my family very well and have recommended him to my family and friends are they are very happy with him.

When no one else would listen to me, Dr. Ball did. I was having sever pain in my neck and shoulder with numbness in my arm and fingers. He recommended an MRI and found that my spinal cord was compressed. Thank you Dr. Ball for saving me from being paralyzed.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I almost died under his care and he brushed it off as a strained muscle when it was a blood clot and torn ACL. I ended up in the emergency room and the doctors there told me if I hadn't come in when I did, (by this point, I couldn't walk, touch my leg, or even have a blanket on it at night because of the excruciating pain I was in), I would have died. There was no pulse in my foot that could be found. I needed an MRI and ultrasound done because Dr. Ball refused to do anything except give me pain pills and keep me off work. He dismisses his patients needs and when they are in pain and are crying, belittles them and tells them they are acting like a child. I do not recommend him as a physician. Been seeing Dr Ball for 40 years he's the best doctor I've ever seen. Really cares about his patients.

Dr Ball has been our Dr for many years. He’s always willing to listen. He takes Great care. We can’t even think of the day he retires. He takes time you need. Thank you Dr Ball and staff! The Newton family

Avoid. He misses info and has zero sense of urgency in treating life threatening illnesses.

He takes the time to listen and never belittles how i feel. If i need a same day appointment they staff always find a way to fit me in.
