The staff was very helpful and polite. Took the time to explain everything to me . Much more professional now than in the past

NP Janine D'amico is amazing! She is SO sweet and thorough with her patients! She answered all of my questions and really lifted a weight off my shoulders. The front desk staff are also super nice! I love coming here for my check ups.

Due to an issue at the Medford office I was given the option of going to Commack. The staff there was very good, the only problem is their full calendar which makes scheduling follow up visits few and far between.

The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and very nice.

This place has come a long way from even 10 years ago. Usually on schedule and efficient. Staff very nice. I personally have referred at least two dozen people to this practice over the years.

Very nice office

Useless service.HORRIBLE PROPLE, bunch of scammers. They don’t know how to treat patients. RIDICULOUS SERVICE .

I was there with a friend Miss Kaur today, and there was a guy who introduced himself as a manger, the guy’s behavior was extremely rude and ridiculous. I advice all my friends and family to refuse his services and I wil never again recommend anyone to visit this location

It's been 2 years never met a real doctor, it's just nurses practitioners dealing with patients and tests, if you want to seea endocrinologist ( specialists) so there is no doctor in this office, they will tell you that doctor will see you on second appointment, but then they will be doctor is not available today or just left . It's all lies , there is no doctor in this office, better save your money . Wasted my 2 years just to see nurses .. I'm complaining to my insurance company and also want my money back from them .. never saw a doctor, probably a ghost doctor.. or ???? alien ..

Is it possible to give 0 star to this Dr? Dear everyone there is no doctor in this office, its been 1 and half years and it's just nurses and testing in this office. Never seen Dr condon, I think he doesn't work in this office. Everytime office will give you appointment, telling you dr condon , but in reality that will be nurses . This office is scam ... have to complain to my insurance company or to sue them for stealing my money , with every appointnbet they charge me for a specialist but thats just nurses , thinking about this office or this doctor. Commack... it's a scam ... been here for my few appointments bcoz they told me to have next appointment with dr condon everytime but no Dr condon , it's been and a year nd few months already . Please save your time this officeor doc condon is not intrested ..., this office is all time big scam ..

You take time to listen to your patient concerns with so much care!!!

I like the fact that I never have a long wait and the staff are always courteous & professional. Yet, my only complaint is, where is Dr.Condon? I realize his schedule is busy; however, it would be nice if we could acknowledge each other once in a while. Thank you & God bless.

I recommend the whole practice to everyone. They are always helpful and supportive!

Very Professional and Personable!! Helped me lower my A1C from 12.5 to 7 AND I lost some weight ????

The medical office was clean and the staff was very courteous. There was a lot of people waiting, but it seems very well organized. I only waited about 10 minutes and it was my first preliminary visit. I was seen by a PA. They took all my info and they took my blood to do tests and I was asked to come back for results and then I will see the doctor.

I have been at Dr. Condon's office for a few years. I met today as I mostly do with Janine whom I see most visits. Janine very caring and competent and has lowered my A1C to a 7. I have been a diabetic for several years with Janine's expertise in this field she has helped me to finally lower my A1C. Thank you Janine. Janet G.

This experience is from ~2016, but I figured the experience should be shared. At or around that time I sought the help of an Endocrinologist for what I thought was low testosterone since I had many symptoms that no one else could answer. Dr. Condon sent me for a scan of my pituitary and bloodwork. The scan came back fine but my bloodwork showed that my testosterone was low. For reference, at the time I was in my mid-twenties, so it should've been in the higher end of the normal range, as testosterone decreases as we age. Dr. Condon acknowledged that I had low testosterone, but wouldn't give me any real treatment options. Rather, he offered me Cialis (which I did not need) and that was it. In addition, I saw a very negative experience while waiting in the waiting room one day. A woman had come in to get some documentation but apparently showed up a couple of minutes late. She waited over a half an hour just to get the paperwork and was in distress because she had to get her children off the bus. The medical assistant (?) who gave her the paperwork was incredibly rude and talked back to her. When I went in the back for my appointment I saw that the computer was close to the door... it should've taken mere moments to print something out for a patient. Very unprofessional Dr office I would never recommend anyone to go there they hounding me for one dollar for a face mask which I ask them to give me one they told me NO and I ask the lady behind the desk are you really going to hound me for one dollar and she said YES smh I been going there for 3 years and within that time I never even saw DR Condon only his PA I requested to see the actual DR and my request was never honored. Dr Condon office should be ashamed of themselves we are people who have underlying diseases and you get treated like you are beneath them smh I was so embarrassed and shocked I will never ever go back please everyone STAY AWAY! I can barely speak to the quality of the doctor because I only saw him once in my years of being with this office. You only ever see NPs, and they hardly tell you anything. I was put on a medication that gave me a bad reaction, and instead of recommending a different medication (like someone would do if it was an important medication), they seemingly just forgot I was on it. I saw him for hormone replacement, and was left without a prescription for several months. To allow a patient to go without an important medication for that long is nothing short of neglect. Coupled with the fact that they have repeatedly and mistakenly reported that I had uterine cancer in their files, it is clear to me that this office is completely negligent, and is more interested in extracting money from their patients than supplying even mediocre care.

Ok unfortunately My insurance not been accepted anywhere and I have to come in this business. Make sure write everything ……once you step out of the Doctors Assistance office and reach to the reception means you are Done… No one will give you chance to talk to the PA wait time about an hour. Good friendly staff

I have been seeing Dr. Condon and his staff for years. I cannot say enough great things about him. I don't know where I would be health wise with out him and his PAs. He is always willing to answer and discuss any and everything with me. You can tell he is concerned with your whole being. He is quick to give a referral if need be. His bedside manner is exemplary! I think it is wonderful that he is teaching and sharing his expertise with his PAs! It shows through their knowledge and concern. I don't mind seeing the PAs at all. When I have asked questions that they weren't sure of the answer (has not happened often), I was very impressed that they were candid about not knowing the answer but comforted in them finding out the answer for me. I would never consider using any other practice. With that said, the Medford office staff leaves a lot to be desired and NO, NO ONE ever answers that phone. Simple fix, I switched offices, I now go to Commack. If you are looking for a doctor who you can trust and who is extremely knowledgeable Dr. Condon is who you should be seeing, end of story! Initial visit. Met with a NP who spoke to me about my recent diagnosis of diabetes and how we would make a strong effort to get me off of insulin and control my diabetes with pills. Was very happy to hear objective was to get off of insulin.

Dr Condon is a caring, thoughtful man. Hi is very thorough and I feel very confident in his care.

Caring, professional health care. Dr. McHale is wonderful and so is all the staff I’ve met there.

He was thorough and made sure test were completed before he made a diagnosis and treatment plan. He also explained very well.

They have outstanding services from proper medications to diet to ways to manage and maintain great health. My dad was in the hospital the day of his doctor’s appointment with Dr. Condon . With his sickness and our concern, we forgot about the doctors appointment , not to mention we never received a confirmation call. His office is charging my dad a 50$ no show fee. Really? Are you really that desperate and care so little for your patients, that you have to charge someone for not showing up when they were in the hospital. Sorry but this is just not right on so many levels! Time to switch doctors , not because of the money , but the fact that they seem to care more about the money and nothing about their patient or their circumstances.

First visit I met this doctor for 3 mins. I have never seen him since ( only nurse practitioner). Does he even exist ? Office manager/ Phlebotomist, maybe he cleans the bathrooms too??? Is RUDE!!! Do yourself a favor and find a different practice. This office is strictly about money! You have to have your blood drawn there and sono tech does it ( not very experienced) they REFUSE to send you to a lab.She seems to have multiple duties like the office manager.50 dollar charge for cancellation or reschedule. Not careful with reading blood results; they missed something important that fortunately my GP picked up. They routinely route you to a NP. When I finally met the doctor he just kept talking over me. I’m going elsewhere.

The staff is friendly and kind. Dr. Janine is amazing. She is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. She is easy to talk to. I had the pleasure of meeting Amelia today. She did my sonogram. She was gentle and thorough.

I met the doctor once for seriously 20 seconds. Every other time it was the nurse practitioner; one of them almost made a grave mistake, the other ones made mistakes, the office staff made mistakes, and I ran for my life.

I've been coming here for a while, had nodules and was sent to get radiation to fix the problem. Although I needed it done twice, my thyroid is back to normal and now they are helping me lose weight! They are a friendly staff and the nurse practitioners are very nice.

I have been going there for many years. Everyone is great. My only problem is there are so many people I never know who to talk to. I have finally picked one person and direct all my emails to her. The other thing is sometimes I get calls and cannot make out persons name who left message. So back to that one person. Haha
