First he double booked my appointment so I had to wait about 40 minutes. Next he shamed me for being on disability. Then he had me walk briskly down the hall. When I can back I was breathless. He then put me in a room by myself. He shhed me and never looked at me . The staff made two appointments only to cancel them 4 times. I finally canceled them myself. Enough!!!

I had an appointment today and let me just say how rude the office front staff is. The young lady had an attitude from the moment I walked up to the desk. I wasn’t the only one she was rude to either. I came back to the office after leaving for a few questions I forgot to ask and she was rolling her eyes and just very rude. There should not be someone at the front the office who doesn’t enjoy their job and has no customer service skills. We all have those days when just aren’t feeling it and I get that BUT that is no excuse to be unkind and plain rude to patients! Unfortunately this makes the office look really bad it’s a shame. This is Sophia Chen. I were see Dr. Edward Diamond recently. This was my first appointment with him. He really is a best doctor! He spent time listen me and view my record from other doctor. He was really thoughtful, patient, look every details and tried to figure out the best way to treat my problem. From medication, testing, to make next appointment etc. He took care and even accompany me to the front desk for arrangement my testing, x-ray etc. He is so kind, very experienced and very responsible, excellent!

Dr. Diamond "stopped in" to see my husband. He did not go as close as 8 ft. to my husband's bed, but rather asked him questions from the doorway. This was a few years ago, but I was reminded of this when viewing this website. I hope that practice of his had improved, but at that time I heard that was common of him to do that. We had many other critical things to address, otherwise I would have reported that substandard visit to our insurance.

He is very scattered and distracted when speaking with you.
