Very thoughtful and knowledgeable. Always even keeled and helpful.

Did not like this doctor, he just did not seem to care, he did not follow through with answers to questions. He just was behind his computer. I felt my visit was just a waste of my time.

Doctor Lane and his staff was fantastic. They took a lot of time with me and checked me out very good Thanks Doctor Lane

I was seen on two separate occasions by Dr. Lane when my doctor was unavailable and both times were awful. I was having pain that my regular doctor identified as sciatica afterwards. Dr. Lane treated me as if I were a drug seeker even though he had full access to over a decade’s worth of medical records and no history of those types of prescriptions. Second time I saw him, I had odd symptoms that happened about a week apart. He determined it was some sort of bug with no treatment. I came back to my regular doctor again when available and I had described the exact symptoms of gallstones. An ultrasound confirmed... Basically, if my doctor or their other doctors in the practice aren’t available, I would go to urgent care before seeing Dr. Lane.

Always attentive and friendly

Dr Lane is the best family doctor in Columbus, Ohio. My family and I will follow Dr Lane wherever he may go as long as we can get to him. He keeps us in the best condition humanly possible. Whenever we get sick, we're able to get an appointment with him the same day. He's friendly, fun and has your best interest in mind. I would recommended him to family and anyone I know and don't know.

Outstanding, great physician, great staff, always on time. Only issue is the TV in the lobby, and the sound is always on. TV just has basic medical information than any educated and informed person should already know and seems to be presented as though I'm in kindergarten. I just stand in another part of the room but it would be nice to sit down. Maybe it's just me but i can't stand it and consider it noise pollution. Very rude

He is rude to patients. He tells you to come back for an appointment and then tells you he doesn't know why you are here. Had an appt. for an issue and said I was there for a total different reason.
