Dr. Edward J Stec

I came to Dr. Stec for a root canal and it was the best dental experience I've had in my entire life. Dr. Stec was incredibly warm, inviting, kind, experienced, and checked in multiple times throughout my procedure to ensure my comfortability and safety. His team was absolutely phenomenal. Ashley, Nicole, and Briana were fantastic receptionists and dental assistants, answering all of my questions with a breeze and created such a welcoming environment. I recommend Dr. Stec and his team for any and all dental procedures you may need, you will leave with a brighter smile than the one you came in with (figuratively and literally).

Staff was amazing! Dr.Stec was so kind and caring, gentle and efficient. First root canal I ever enjoyed! Lol… Highly recommend and will go back as needed!!

I’m very happy with Dr. Stec in treating my pain. I was in so much pain and need an urgent root canal. His caring, calm and professional manner are so impressive. He did a perfect job on a complicated bridged tooth. The nurse and receptionist are kind and tending to my needs quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Stec and his office to any orthopedic needs. Is this place even open anymore? No one answers their phone, goes to voice mail saying box is full!! Trying to get some insurance paperwork done and they are not cooperating when they did answer their phone!

Dr. Stec is a wonderful endodontist. I had calcified roots and he was able to take care of them and finish the root canal, including the final filling, in one session. His calming and caring manner helps you relax. Very little discomfort--getting the local anesthetic was as bad as it got. The rest of the staff members were efficient and helpful. I saw him in Blaine. Katy, at the front desk, helped me with my children as I had an emergency with no sitter. She was so good with my slightly autistic 4 year old son and 18 month old. Even my shy 18 month old son loved it there and loved Katy. It was such a warm and friendly atmosphere, I didn't mind the wait for my emergency with no appointment! I am totally recommending them to everyone!! Katy understood the autism and said I could take the magazine with cars(4 year old's obsession) if I needed to. She even had him "call" the firemen to talk to them. Haha. I was so happy! During the procedure, Dr. Stec was aware of my anxiety and calmly talked me through it. He talked to me so gently during the root canal, my anxiety was much better. He didn't ask many questions outside of what was going on and got straight to the point. His assistant answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand afterwards. They gave me plenty of sample packs of Tylenol and Advil. The next morning, Katy called and personally asked how everything was going and how I was feeling. They really make you feel like you aren't just a patient, but a person. I was there from 8:30am to noon(waiting room and procedure) but it wasn't all that bad. They had a Keurig machine and Wi-Fi that I could hook up to for Netflix. Katy was never bothered by my son's millions of questions and she played peek-a-boo with my baby during the wait. It was all-in-all a great experience! Definitely a family kind of feeling. He knew about my dental anxiety calmly walked me through it. He was quick, thorough and I felt like I was well taken care of! I had an emergency appt and Katy helped with my kids. They were so warm and friendly!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had in getting a root canal done. Fast, virtually painless, and well-organized, with state of the art equipment and a gifted and caring doctor, and a warm and efficient staff.
