I would not recommend this facility. In my personal experience, I was rushed out and not given the proper attention. Many changes needed!

Dr Willis and the nurses are always very nice, but the front staff needs work. I go every 6-9 months to have my ears cleaned & it has been $90 to $95 in the past (I'm a self pay patient). I was just there in January and it was $95. Today I went and it was $145! I asked when it increased and the front desk clerk said "It's always been $145." I explained I've gone twice a year for several years and have never paid more than $95. She looked at me like I'm lying and I said I was just there in January and paid $95. She replied, "Well $145 is the new charge since January. So "always" means just recently? She ran the charge for $145 and as I signed the receipt I point blank told her "I'm not lying, you have my file on the computer, you can see what I've paid in the past." She was still looking at me as if I were lying or trying to get something for free as I left. I think a 50+ percent increase on a ten minute procedure is ridiculous. I should't have to decide between being able to hear properly or not getting overcharged. My husband thinks she keyed in something incorrectly and didn't want to admit the mistake, so she doubled down and was borderline rude about it. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Willis is wonderful.

I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a doctor before. The FIRST thing he asked me when he walked into the room was have you been vaccinated? Then asked me why not. Then proceeded to engage in conversation with about why I should be vaccinated. My vaccination status has absolutely nothing to do with my medical treatment nor should I ever be made to feel uncomfortable in a doctor office. I was there for my EAR not for a lecture. Then he tells me that my ear is fine and to “ignore the sensation I’m having”.

First visit he got my son right in for surgery to have his ears drained, tubes put in and other things done. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. His staff is amazing and played with my son while we went over his post op. They are very clean and I’ve never had any issue. Taking all of my children and myself to see him as long as he is around.

My wait time was minimal; the staf was courteous and efficient. Dr. Willis is patient, concerned and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I found the office staff and medical staff very attentive and friendly. Dr Willis was wonderful he understood my medical problems, and we addressed the steps to correct them. I would highly recommend this Dr and office to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed in Dr. Willis. I have extensive evidence of a Sphenoidal sinus infection (three CT's and an MRI). Yet he refuses to perform surgery to remove the inflammatory polyps. Dr. Willis stated that polyps are never removed, especially from the Sphenoidal sinus. This is absolutely false. I am now searching for a doctor that knows what he's talking about. I brought my young daughter to Dr Willis for treatment for her allergies and had a wonderful experience. He saw her over 6 months with zero issues. A couple months later, my son's pediatrician referred him for an exam due to recurrent infections. We were refused service. The reason was because we were not willing to provide our son's social security number, yet they saw our daughter for 6 months and we never provided her social security number and they had zero trouble billing her insurance without it (her balance was zero). When we tried to speak with Dr Willis about it, both in person and over the phone, the clerks refused to let us speak to him. We have never given our children's social to any hospital or doctor office and have never had a problem, so be forewarned, the nasty clerks at the front desk may refuse you service. We love Dr. Willis- he and his office are a blessing! My favorite things about Dr. Willis & his office are that they always take our symptoms seriously (I never feel like I have to prove she is sick), he is gentle and funny with my preschooler, they always squeeze us in that day if she is really sick, and he is efficient and accessible during the visit in that he clearly and pleasantly explains things and answers my questions. Love Dr. Willis and his staff! My wait time was negligible even though the waiting room was full. His staff are all knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to help! Highly recommend!

To nurses are very rude. Then I told them when I made the appointment I had to be at work for a certain time there doing heating test when we can in for her throat now I have been sitting here for 40 minutes an still have not seen a doctor yet or has anyone look at her throat the main reason we are here. Expert in his field. Communicates clearly with patient and ensures that the patient understands what's going on and what needs to be done to return to health. You might wait to get in - a good doctor is a busy doctor - but worth the wait.

I have seen Dr. Willis multiple times over the past several years. He and the nurses are always nice and efficient. Only negative experience has been at checkout. A procedure I've had done twice a year for the last few years went up 50+ percent since January and the front desk clerk was borderline rude when I questioned the price increase. If I go back, I will be sure to confirm pricing when I schedule appointment and I encourage others to do the same.

Got a same day appt for an earache. Checked in, signed some papers and got called back to the exam room by Dr. Willis. He listened to my complaint then did the exam. He explained his findings, reviewed treatment options with me then gave final recommendations. From calling the office for the appointment to checkout after the exam was 1 1/2 hours.

At first I wasn't to sure about Dr.Willis....After multiple visits he grew on me...Very easy going he makes things very simple for the kids to understand...He is very patient with you also very easy to get into...No answering service with 100s of different people answerING that don't know anything simply leave a message and everytime I have called after hours he has actually returned my call...

The recipientist in front lobby on the left hand side should listen to what a client wants or needs instead of getting an attitude with the client. Client come for help not to be treated wrong when being approached.

Was referred by general surgeon Dr.Lee, and Dr.Willis seen me the same day, his nurse and staff very friendly as was he. Am having in office procedure, will review after.
