UOC has great practice. Staff are wonderful and efficient. You won't find better physicians. I am a retired emergency physician and counterterrorist.

The crew at UOC does great work. I had surgery in an emergency somewhere else on maleg - as my local doctor they’ve done a great job. Rogusky has awesome patient skills and gives it to you straight - I appreciate that.

Dr Rogusky is very good at his job! I've needed him several times and have always had excellent results and follow ups. If i choose new insurance I make sure he's in their network. His staff is helpful and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him and his practice.

Dr. Rogusky has been treating me for knee problems since 2010. He's kind, thorough and very professional. I've never been disappointed in the care I've received from him.

Dr. Rogusky and his staff are all very kind and explain things that I fully understand. I had surgery on my shoulder in Nov 2021 due to a work injury. Dr Rogusky did my surgery and I’m 100% satisfied with my surgery.

Dr. Rogusky has provided extraordinary care and skill in his service to myself, husband, and other family members — over many years. He is knowledgeable, talented, thorough, compassionate, and intuitive. We have absolute trust in his diagnoses and recommendations, as well as his skilled hands in surgery.

He has given me my life back. Total hip, two rotator cuffs, and a few more procedures. I was severely limited, and had nearly given in to a sedentary life, then I found him. Now I flyfish, travel, and managed to win two national championships in traditional archery. I hope I never need him again, but have thanked God many times for sending me to him.

Dr.Rogusky is very knowledgeable and caring about his patients. I’ve seen other patients fully recover from his procedures, and not one complaint to date. A very humble man who’s made a significant difference in healthy living for many patients. His work is outstanding!

This was my first visit with Dr.Rogusky and I only needed an injection in my shoulder, which provided instant relief of pain i'd been dealing with for over a year. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Dr R is a great orthopedic surgeon whose results speak for themselves. I had 2 rotator cuff tears repaired and my recovery was timely and without any issues of any kind. I could not be more pleased.

Dr. Rogusky did a second opinion on the second right knee replacement I had. He has determined that the knee is failing and needs a third replacement. His Nurse has contacted Geisinger Danville to have the surgery done. I respect Dr. Rogusky a great deal. He has performed arthroscopic surgeries on my left knee and both shoulders. Dr Rogusky did knee replacement on both knees (at two different times). I could not be more pleased - - - after rehab, my knees function like natural knees, and I have full range of motion without the pain.

He didn’t listen to a single thing I had to say nor did he want to do anything but yank on my shoulder which caused more pain. I can’t even brush my hair with my left arm that’s how bad it hurts. But nope try this message for two months and see ya later never again! I’ll go back to my old doctor he was at least nice and listened to me!!!

Dr Rogusky was very thorough. Diagnosed the issue and provided treatment that brought relief

My new knee is great. I followed exactly what was recommended afterwards by Dr. Rogusky and I couldn’t be more pleased. His competency, plus his directions followed, made for an excellent knee!

Dr. Rogusky did my knee replacement when other local Drs would not. Thanks to that, I am now able to exercise again, and have lost 50 lbs. this has been close to life changing. Thank you!

Dr Rogusky did a total shoulder replacement for me 2 years ago. I didn't need a single pain pill and had needed the work done 10 years prior. Couldn't give a better recommendation. I now need a total knee that's 20 years past when first diagnosed. Wouldn't go to anyone else. Getting cut in December and almost looking forward to the process because I know I'm in excellent hands. I had rotator cuff and carpal tunnel surgery by Dr. Rogusky. Both were very successful and his office followed up by phone after each surgery. I would certainly recommend Dr. Rogusky to all my friends.

My first appointment i had to wait an hour and half past my appointment time. My second was 45 minutes past. Your patient s time is just as valuable as yours and should be treated as such.

If I could rate higher then 5 stars I would. Dr. Rogusky, is amazing. He saved my life. I had a total knee replacement, and could not be happier. I was bearly able to walk anymore at the age of 52, Post MVA and severe DJD I was in consent pain and walking just a few steps was unbearable. Thanks to Dr. Rogusky, I am completely pain free at 5 weeks post op, and able to walk without pain or a limp. Thank you again. I would recomend him to anyone that needs a knee replacement. Dr. Rogusky and his Team thoroughly diagnosed my shoulder condition and recommended a fix using minimally invasive components that would stand up to my active lifestyle. No one wants surgery but when you do, Dr.Rogusky is an excellent choice. Experienced, caring & personable. If physical therapy is required, the UOC therapists are also great people & give excellent care.

Dr. Rogusky has been my doctor since 1994. He has given me 2 new knees and 2 new hips! I have complete faith in his care!

Dr. Rogusky and his team are kind, compassionate, and trustworthy. They are the only team I trust with my Orthopedic care. Both of my knee replacements went VERY well and I am scheduled for a shoulder replacement soon. I KNOW I am in good hands!

Dr. Rogusky is very thorough at consultations and does a great job explaining to his patients. He fixed my shoulder from a previous surgery. Not only did he repair the issue I was having, he took the extra time and effort to remove bone spurs and clean up arthritis. I would recommend him to anyone.

Very short wait and courteous staff. Doesn’t rush your time and is very thoughtful with treatment. I thought for sure I’d need surgery but so far his wait and see approach has been right on. You are not treated like a number.

Dr. Rogusky has replaced both of my hips and both knees. I have always found him and his staff courteous and helpful, and my surgeries have been most successful thanks to him.

I had a total left hip replacement the end of June of 2019. Dr. Rogusky and his PA, Mark Kramer did a great job. They were both kind, courteous, and answered my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend them. I also want to say the staff at UOC was great. Thank you to all of you.

Five excellent surgeries and many follow ups plus many PT procedures. Top notch, the best outcomes I could have hoped for!

Great Doctor.

Dr. Rogusky repaired a complex full rotator cuff tear. I only needed 9 PT appointments and after 4 months it was like new. at 6 months I was lifting weights without pain and full range of motion. He's a true professional and his staff is great.

Thought I tore my rotator cuff again went to Dr. Rogusky. He examined me and did x-rays. Thank heavens he found it was only muscle related and posture related . He recommended physical therapy I am now going and thank heavens I think it’s helping me haven’t been having any pain since I started therapy like I was having. He has been our Dr. for my mom and my husband also. We are all very pleased. Would not want to go to anyone else.

I would trust this doctor with my life. He did a total shoulder replacement & I had full strength and full mobility in less than 3 months! (Bob Ewing)

I could not recommend Dr Rogusky to anyone. He doesn't listen to you're post op problems and does not answer questions fully when outcomes are not good. Routinely keeps patients waiting 1 to 2 hours. Very little follow up after total knee replacement. Uses a cookbook approach and assembly line with patients

Triage would not schedule this emergency appointment, they were not an in network provider. Extremely rude and not helpful to get this situation taken care of. Through the help of a social worker who found that our insurance covered 100% we finally got an appointment. Dr. Rogusky casted my injury and suggested that I see an Orthopedic specialist upon returning home. When I saw the specialist, I required immediate surgery for a plate and screws to be placed delaying my recovery extensively.
