Never in my life have I seen a doctor/team with such a flagrant disregard for their patients. A simple refill for a prescription has taken 8 to 10 calls and over a week, and it still has not been done. After countless calls and pleading with them to help me get this accomplished, they still were unable to finish the simple task. Now they have left the office for memorial weekend, leaving me with no medicine.
