Dr b literally saved the life of me and my baby. She is an amazing doctor.

Always honest. Tells me when she has an opinion, tells me when she doesn't or research does not have a clear answer. Repeatedly says she is there to support ME with her medical advice/research. Not change my mind based on her thoughts. I like that.

She is very straightforward and honest. She will give you her opinion/medical advice if she has one, but tells you to when there is flexibility/no medical answer when there is none. Always willing to spend the extra minutes when you have questions, but is very efficient and quick. I really like that she isn't sugar coating things and will tell you very clearly if things are going well or not. When things did not go well, she was very kind and compassionate when I needed it. Unprofessional, doesn't follow through, lack of patient empathy, violates the Hippocratic Oath... Dr. Berzinskas failed to put a prescription through for my daughter (a new patient), despite being asked multiple times by myself and our insurance company, despite an in-person visit, despite agreeing - in writing - to do so... after months of pain and suffering, she finally DENIED care and went back on her word to provide a refill for a medication that my daughter has been taking for years. She did this because my daughter missed an appointment. Retaliation for a missed appointment is a direct violation of the Hippocratic Oath, especially when a young girl is experiencing inexplicable amounts of pain. Horrifying. Unprofessional, doesn't follow through, lack of patient empathy, violates the Hippocratic Oath... Dr. Berzinskas failed to put a prescription through for my daughter (a new patient), despite being asked multiple times by myself and our insurance company, despite an in-person visit, despite agreeing - in writing - to do so... after months of pain and suffering, she finally DENIED care and went back on her word to provide a refill for a medication that my daughter has been taking for years. I'm an AA female with PCOS and was beginning IVF treatments with another facility, with Dr Berzinskas as my primary Ob/Gyn. I began having serious symptoms, bleeding for 2 weeks, dizziness, extreme fatigue, nausea. I called Dr Berzinskas and she elected to do a phone conference. Without seeing me at all, and without running any labs, within a couple minutes she proceeded to tell me I was "just fine and probably stressed". I let her know I had been attempting to get pregnant and worried about miscarriage. She insisted I was fine, did not have me make an appointment, see the ER, follow up, nothing. I ended up going to emergency services and my iron, blood cell count had dropped so low that medicine was required. After testing from a different Ob/Gyn, we discovered I have hypothyroidism - NONE of which Dr Berzinskas tested for at all. I wrote her office to advise of her misdiagnosis and she to this day, has not responded or followed up. I have since had phenomenal treatment and care with IVF MD and Dr. Zwernemann. I'm now pregnant and my levels are getting under control. I can't imagine what would have happened if I had stayed with Dr. Berzinskas. I'm incredibly sad about having been treated this way and leery of the care I get now. Dr B was wonderful up until delivery. My bp was often high and was told there was nothing she can do. Being African American and having previously had severe pre eclampsia nothing was done. My hospital visits to Baylor were only 15 mins each before i was sent home to only go to sleep with high bp. Very dismissive to issues...

First impressions are everything and as a new patient in need of care through menopause, I will not be returning to Dr. B. (The nurse practitioner was so kind, listened, and asked me questions. I thank her for being the only bright spot of my visit). Dr. B walked in empty-handed, having read some basic information from my PCP and gave a 5 minute condescending, judgmental speech then left. Be aware: if you are not in perfect health, or making the perfect healthy choices now, she does not want to treat you. I cried all the way home feeling ashamed and embarrassed. I had to change gynecologists because my provider of 8 years’ practice shut down. I was hesitant but have seen Dr. Berzinskas for two years now and absolutely love her. She makes me feel comfortable, explains all possible options while genuinely taking in my input and I feel like I am able to really make the most educated decisions about my health. WORST OBGYN EVER! Nearly killed me. After a hysterectomy in 2019 I experienced severe burning pain. This doctor did not come to check on me until after surgery till 6pm the next day. She sent me home telling me that it was normal pain. The next day I tried to contact her (fiery/burning pain was escalating). She had no emergency after-hours contact. By Mon I called her office; she never came to phone and only prescribed more pain meds. By Tues I took myself back to ER. ER doc found fluid on my stomach and said I could have gone SEPTIC. This doc had cut my ureters, bladder, and sewn ureters with vaginal cuff. Urine was leaking in my stomach,coming out of my vagina causing the burning pain. Two different Urologists had to correct her mistake with three more surgeries later. Dr. Berzinskas was RUDE, INSENSITIVE and even admitted to her mistake during an office visit! Do NOT USE THIS DOC! I endured this from June 2019-Jan 2020 after three more surgeries to correct her mistake! ZERO STAR!

Absolutely awful bedside manner (abrasive and dismissive) and very disorganized office.

I agree with some of the other reviews. Dr. Berzinskas is extremely rude, condescending, and contradicts herself regularly. She had me under so much stress towards the end of my pregnancy that I was calling around desperately, 3-4 days before my scheduled c-section, to see if I could find another doctor to take me on. I didn't even want her to touch me after some of the comments she made. She did end up delivering my baby and while I was in the hospital recovering, a couple of the nurses asked me why I requested another doctor to perform a procedure on my baby instead of Berzinskas. I told them about some of my experiences with her and they confided in me that I'd made a great decision - that she was often rude and condescending to the nurses as well. Find another doctor if you're considering going to her. And yes, I agree, some of her staff is extremely incompetent as well. I agree with some of the other reviews. She delivered my twins. I began going to this office for a wellness check-up and then I got pregnant. I was admitted to an antepartum unit for almost six weeks. She was my obgyn the whole time and performed a c-section on me. She took a good care of me during my hospitalization and my c section scar is very small. This doctor does not have any compassion for her patients. She was great in 2011 when she delivered my child and also in 2014 when my wife suffered a miscarriage. Fast forward to 2020 she does not return messages, her staff is horrible and unprofessional. She refused to complete FMLA forms which could have put my job in jeopardy and she wrote a prescription on an expired script which was also unsigned. My wife had to go several days without pain medication after a major surgery. We will no use her again. She is rude, insensitive, and does not listen to her patients.

Dr. B was fantastic, but I'm never going back due to how horrible and unprofessional the staff are. Seriously, just go to a different OB/GYN

I’ve seen Dr Berzinskas for a couple years now for my well women exams. She was nice but nothing memorable. She’s gotten busier this year and it has become harder to get an appointment. I was fine with this until recently when -for the second time in a row - she’s had to reschedule my GYN appt at the last minute. This last time they called me to cancel 30 min before my appt. I am in need of a doctor who has time for her office patients and maybe doesn’t schedule surgeries so close to when she sees patients. Dr. Berzinskas staff is rude. All I'm trying to do is schedule an appt.

Called yesterday because my I had 2 cycles in 12 days. Was told a nurse from her staff would call me back to schedule getting my BC replaced (I’ve had it a little over 2 years). I called back today because they never reached out to me. Was told by the front desk that the nurse would call by noon today. I never got a call. Since it’s the weekend, I can’t do anything until Monday, but on Monday I’m going to start calling other OB/GYNs. Called yesterday because my I had 2 cycles in 12 days. Very efficient and caring with my medical issue.

Very Friendly and took time to explain all possible options. Felt happy to talk to a doctor so leisurely after long time. May be I am lucky but no waiting time. Very friendly staff. Had a pleasant experience to attend her office. She will be our doctor in future.

I absolutely adore Dr. B! She is the most thoughtful, caring and intelligent OB/GYN I have ever seen! My care started with her about nine years ago when my then OB/GYN could not get me in for an appointment and I had been bleeding for several weeks pretty heavily. I’m talking bleeding to where it was running down my legs and they could not make time for an appointment so I called my primary Doctor who is in the same building as Dr. B and they suggested I try her. She had me in her office within an hour making sure that I was OK. She checked me out in depth and was so caring that I never looked back at my other OB/GYN! I continued to see her for about six more years after that and have always got in quickly, never wait long and can count on her to give me the best quality care there is. She’s very honest and will not BS you or try to take your money suggesting things that she knows won’t Work. After about six years I got married and we moved to Keller and only because of distance and with a heavy heart I changed to a different OB/GYN. I could not find another doctor like Dr. B and while the one I was seeing was OK he definitely did not compare. My husband and I began trying for a second baby and experienced a miscarriage and then some Infertility issues due to unexplained cause. My second miscarriage the doctor couldn’t get me in for an appointment and I was bleeding heavily and scared so I called Dr. B and told her what was happening. Again she got me in within an hour and I was not even her patient anymore. When I went in she confirmed I was having a second miscarriage but I was so happy to be back in her hands that it helped me tremendously. I knew then that I needed her help and I immediately changed back to her despite the distance. I would rather drive to Grand Prairie for her quality of care then go somewhere close to home and not feel secure in my care. I continued to see her and she helped me through the infertility with lots of encouragement and reassurance. She didn’t waste my time putting me through tests and procedures that she knew were not necessary even though she could have taken my money because when you experience in fertility you get pretty desperate. She’s never ever steered me wrong and i trust her so that’s crucial in getting through something tough. Fast forward to now I am nine months pregnant and due for a baby girl in two weeks and the pregnancy has gone very smoothly. She has provided outstanding care the entire pregnancy and has been extra careful with me and the baby and I don’t think I could do it without her! She is very knowledgeable and caring! She has given me plenty of tissues and hugs and cared about my family to the fullest extent. You aren’t just another number or patient to her and she does always have your best interest in mind. I enjoy her office staff and she now has a grapevine location so it’s not a far drive for me at all but again I would drive as far as I needed to because she is fantastic! Service was horrible. This doctor does not listen to her patients. I nearly died because my Hgb went way to low, and she didn't want to give a blood transfusion for another week before my surgery.

Long waiting time while already unrobed. Very awkward having to wait so long. Staff somewhat rude especially lady checking out. I had t o remind her about setting next appt. I really liked Dr. Berzinskas but her practice might be too big. I actually got a prescription called in to my pharmacy however no one from her staff bothered to call me and let me know a) test results b) your getting a prescription filled. Time to look for new obgyn
