I signed up with my Health Plan two weeks ago, today I called to schedule my welcome visit, the Receptionist would not let me finish my sentence and interrupting me blurted out "we are not taking new patients." I asked her to let me continue my sentence (so she would understand I have previously been signed up and told my card was being sent out) and again she blurted over me. I stated she did not even get my name and could she check. She HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and asked her name and she said " I don't have one" and again hung up on me. Does her horrible immaturity reflect on the lack of quality of care you can expect from this Dr.? This is a NEGATIVE Star rating.
Dr Sultani is very knowledgeable and caring. He provides the level of care every patient needs. Highly recommended!
Dr Sultani is respectful, experienced, knowledgeable, wise and calming. He returned my calls and answered my questions. I trust him and would recommend him for geriatrics! He even made a house call to visit my mom in her board and care home. My experience with him is more than I could have imagined when it comes to dealing with my dementia-affected mom.
Dr. Sultani is wonderful! One of the best doctor's I've had the chance to deal with. He's very knowledgeable and so pleasant to deal with. If I can give him 10 stars I would!!! He will be my family's doctor for life!!
