Not very accommodating when patient need to be seen ot requesting to be scheduled even when sick. Front line staff are not too helpful and many times not polite.
This office never answers the phone! I have been calling for 4 days and I finally got someone to answer after I called back to back for 30 min! when I tried to make an appt they were rude about it and I am a new patient!! They couldn't even accommodate an urgent appt until about a month out! HORRIBLE OFFICE!!!
