I have been a patient with Miss Gabor for almost 10 years the quality of care I’m given has gone down the drain looking for a new GP that’s interested in giving quality care to patients

She is caring and takes the time to listen to you.

As a new patient, I have a very pleasant experience with Dr Gabor. She was patient and focused in conversation about my plan for good health. I am confident with her medical knowledge experience, and I will continue to see her moving forward.

Worst experience ever. No one ever picks up the phone. Staff is incompetent and unprofessional except for (Kathleen). Do yourself and your family a favor by never going to this office. They are the opposite of the out going message you hear while waiting hours for someone to answer the phone. I wish I could give them a negative rating.

I am trying to call the office for one simply question and nobody answer. It does not matter what option you select, the phones just rings. The doctors are good but customer service is terrible.

Office staff is unresponsive and nonchalant even regarding pertinent, time sensitive matters and both mailboxes have been full for almost two weeks.

Please do a better job of fielding phone calls. This can be very frustrating. Besides this, the staff is very pleasant.

Dr Gabore has been my doctor since 2009,,, She took care of my husband while he was dying with dementia. He died in 2015 and she was the most kind caring person I could ever imagine. She is thorough and finds answers. She respects your wishes even when she would rather have you do it her way. I have recommended her to many who go to her now as well and they feel the same way as I do.. She is a great doctor. Dr. Elena Gabor is thorough and highly professional. She kindly and clearly tells me what I need to do to better my wellness and I appreciate the nudges she gives me about those proactive wellness items I tend to put off but really should do to keep my health on track. The office team seems to work very well together. I've never had any issues, in fact - I've had some fun conversations with a few of them while I've checked in. My prescriptions are always called in on time to my pharmacy too. Very clean and easily accessible. I've been a client/patient for many years here definitely recommend her. Dr Gabor is nearly impossible to reach by phone. There have been times when I tried for days. No exaggeration. I’ve had to drive to the office more than once just to be scheduled for an appointment because they are so short staffed that the phones just don’t get answered and there is no way to leave a voicemail. They rely on their patient portal for all communication and if you are not computer savvy, too bad for you. The dr herself comes in and stands at her computer, doesn’t even sit down, and appointments are rarely more than 5-7 minutes. This practice is not patient-forward, it’s business-forward. They overbook and it’s always an hour wait. If you have a cough, infection, sore throat, etc. , you will be told to go to urgent care. This dr is just not available other than for prescheduled appointments which are booked months out. $$$$$ is what matters here.

Won't see me due to I have a fever. What is the point of have a physician if they won't see you when you are sick. Told me I needed to go to urgent care.

If you are looking for a primary care physician, look no further. Dr. Gabor is wonderful! She takes time to listen to patient concerns and questions and offers exceptionally compassionate care. I was referred to Dr Gabor by my mom who is also a patient. Dr Gabor is through and will reach out to follow up after and between visits to ensure the highest level of patient care. Her staff is always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr Gabor to friends and family.

Dr. Gabor has been my physician for many years. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Never have I ever questioned her advice as it has always served me well.

Dr. Gabor has been my primary care physician for about 8 years. I had been looking for a doctor in he Lake Mary area and she came highly recommended. She was an excellent choice. My last visit was a routine 6 month follow up and Dr. Gabor was, as usual, friendly, professional and very thorough.

She is the best doctor ever, I'm so lucky to have her.

The staff are very friendly. I never have to wait long for my appointment. Dr. Gabor is very caring and she is very patient and the best thing is, she is very professional and takes the time to address all of my needs!

Took me when my regular physician was out and saw her same day for ear infection. Diagnosed problem quickly and script she ordered had me feeling much better in two days. Really appreciated getting to see her within hours of calling.

Without a previously scheduled appointment I requested an appointment to be seen due to sudden illness. Staff was very helpful and fit me in to be seen by Dr Gabor the same day as my phone call. Dr Gabor and her assistant were very knowledgeable and reassuring about my health issue. After a thorough examination I was given an order for medication to treat my illness. I felt confident my health condition would improve and to contact Dr Gabors office for a follow up visit if need be.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Gabor for the past few years and her care and demeanor has always been patient, empathetic, open to our concerns, and her staff responds timely to calls and emails. I like her calm and caring approach. When she addresses areas of concern, she has an open ear to my input. She evaluates we’ll and makes referrals when approaches have been tried and a referral is necessary. Dr Gabor is always friendly, frank and attentive.

Everything is very good, except for receptionists answering phone calls...very long waits and then often enough disconnects...

Lovely demeanor. I'm a new patient and she asked for any concerns. I said a breathing problem and knee pain. Got an Rx for the breathing and an Rx for a knee x-ray as well as an Rx for blood work for my next visit. She listens well and made me feel very comfortable. Has great credentials. I just moved into the area and feel I made a very good choice.

Dr. Gabor has been my PCM for eight years. Having moved from out of state, i am thankful for this connection. She has been proactive in addressing my health needs. She has demonstrated compassion and concern in a sincere way. Her professionslism is noteworthy. Along the way there have been some communication glitches with hired staff. Wait time is always reasonable. Professional, pleasant staff, and clean offices. For a sick visit can usually get in the same day. Dr. Gabor is very capable, pleasant and a good listener. It is worth the drive from Longwood Wekiva area to Lake Mary!

I've been seeing Dr. Gabor for a few years now and she is great. She takes the time to listen, is thorough, and an overall nice person to be around. She has been of significant help in assisting me with lowering my dangerous cholesterol & A1C (sugar) levels and in monitoring my INR levels. I highly recommend her.

My wife had her eye burned with hydrogen peroxide by one of her mature MA’s. Dr Gabor did nothing to help me as her MA didn’t tell her what she did to my wife. No apologies, and Dr Gabor did not take responsibility for this accident. For healthcare, go elsewhere.

Dr. Gabor is always listens to your answers to her questions regarding your health and any issues you are experiencing. She follows up on your visit with prescriptions, lab work, etc. She is a very genuine person and doctor!

Dr Gabor is the best primary care physician we have found since moving to Florida 15 yrs ago. As a retired Reg. Nurse of over 30 years, she is very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. My husband and I have several medical issues and we appreciate the time she takes during our visits explaining things to us and answering all of our questions. Horrible doctor. Prescribed benzodiazepine and did not recognize that all the horrible symptoms were side effects of nerve damage from the drug, which she continued to prescribe for over 5 months and tell me was NOT the benzo. The manufacturer of the drug clearly states should not be prescribed longer than 10 days due to severe addiction risks and damage. 3 years later I'm still suffering from the damage this drug has caused me. Several months ago I posted a review on the services I was receiving from them. Since then I have spoke with their office manager and voiced my opinion and let them know how I felt as a patient of their office. Yesterday was my first appointment since then and I have to say, I can see a huge difference with the staff. Dr. Gabor is caring and knows her "stuff." She takes time to explain things and answers any questions I may have.

She does take time I do not feel like a number to her. The office staff is friendly. I would recommend her i feel like my health is important.

Dr Elena Gabor is my PCP and I love her. She is very professional and takes time to answer all your questions . She has helped me through many difficult medical situations. She gives you her professional opinion even if it's not what you want to hear. She refers you to Specialists when you need them. She also makes sure you follow up with them and have them report back to her. She is an excellent doctor who truly cares about you.

She is never rushed, reviews all lab and testing results with me in a manner that I can understand, examines me carefully, and answers all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Gabor is the best doctor I have ever had. I have been seeing her for 7 or 8 years, in which I have lost over 50 pounds. She has been able to take me off several meds that my prior doctor had me on due to my weight loss. . She is very friendly, yet thorough. I am so thankful that I found her when I was looking for a new doctor in the area.

Why I like Dr. Gabor--she listens. Appointments are on time and there is no time wasted during a visit with both her and/or her assistants. I have never left the Primary Care Center wondering how my visit went nor what my solution is to remedy any problem so diagnosed. Dr. Gabor is always positive and gives you straight answers..she doesen't beat around the bush. She reminds me of my Navy flight surgeons while I was a pilot the Marine Corps. A+. Colonel M.P. I continue to travel back to see Dr Gabor from SWFL. She provides excellent care and guidance to help me maintain my health. Have been her patient for many years she is always professional and caring. Will continue to trust her judgement for my health.

I am very disappointed with my service. I was never told there was a requirement that I see my doctor a certain amount of times per year. I even scheduled some appointments with her and was not told I was terminated as a patient. I got a call saying she needed to reschedule but when I called back they told me I was terminated. I asked why and they said it was because I didn't come as often as I was required. Supposedly they sent me a letter which I know they didn't. I get my mail. I read my mail. I'm not dumb. Never in my life have I experienced this. I highly recommend going to another practice. The service was completely unprofessional. I can't believe they treat people like this. I had my annual physical. Gr. Gabor was prompt, friendly, thorough and patient friendly. She answered all my questions and gave me suggestions to improve my health.

I am 73 years old and have never experienced the care and concern to a patient as Dr. Gabor has given me. Dr. Gabor is a very thorough and observant physician. Early in our doctor/patient relationship, Dr. Gabor put me through a variety of tests. She explained that, even though she had my medical records from previous doctors, she really couldn't tell if any condition existed requiring attention. Results showed serious conditions. I truly believe her thoroughness saved my life.

My friend referred Dr. Gabor to me & I couldn't be happier having her as my Primary Doctor!! She took her time with me & listened to what I had to say. She gave me a couple of options to choose for my treatment & agreed that my choice would be a good place to start.

My initial visit with Dr. Gabor was very positive! She had reviewed my file before seeing me and went over my long medical history, listening attentively and answering any questions I had. She was kind but firm in her evaluation of my conditions and how best to treat them. I am so pleased to have her as my doctor and I look forward to her excellent care in the future.
