Dr. G is the best! Old-world doctoring -- e.g., patient, kind, caring, knowledgeable. You feel at ease not just because he tells jokes and gets your kid laughing but because he is clearly a master of everything ear nose and throat with years of experience.

We had our kids’ tonsillectomy done by Dr. Eli Grunstein, who is rightfully considered one of the best in this field. He is knowledgeable, sophisticated, attentive and good with kids. He answered all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend Dr. Grunstein.

We saw doc Grunstein yesterday and were so pleased with him. I highly recommend him! He performed an endoscopy to check my three year old son's adenoids which were actually enlarged. He was so patient and nice with my son. By contrast before seeing him we went to a similar doctor at Cornell and he appalled us by his rude and condescending manners. He saw that my son was sick but he stuck the tube down his nose and took it out saying come back when he's not sick, I can't see anything.

While very entertaining to the child. This doctor has been an utter disappointment under all other aspects. I guess the moe thy are told they are good, the more their ego gets inflated and they stop caring or actually seeing what they need to see. Twice, I had the same problem with him: he is blind to problems that might become serious. He has no sense of prevention and frankly lacks the right care. My son is uncomfortable and in pain, and this could have been prevented with better dr & staff

I'm disgusted with Dr. Grunstein. My 2 year old with Down Syndrome needed an emergency removal of tonsils/adenoids since she couldn't eat or sleep regularly. She had severe sleep apnea, complicated because at 4 months old she had major open heart surgery. Sleep apnea causes heart complications making the removal of tonsils/adenoids a priority. His staff did not return 12 calls from our pediatrician to expedite surgery and told us to wait our turn in April or May. Disgusting ! They don't care.

Dr. Grunstein is laid back, very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. He didn't push for unnecessary surgery, but rather allowed us to decide. When we decided to go through with it, he was an excellent surgeon. Highly recommend.

Amazing bedside manner and so well spoken. Really helped me make an educated decision about how to proceed with my infants tongue tie
