Dr. Elizabeth Louise Magnabosco

Dr. Magnabosco is not just an excellent surgeon, she is a marvelous human being and truly compassionately and passionately cares about each and every patient she lays her hands on. Having worked in the medical community here in San Antonio for a couple decades, Dr. Magnabosco‘s reputation has preceded her. I’ve referred friends to her more than once, but now it was my turn to need her help. She has taken marvelous care of my child. I would absolutely continue to recommend Dr. Magnabosco to anyone needing orthopedic care for their child.

We love Dr. Magnabosco. My formerly tip toeing daughter is now 3 years flat because of her! Everything was so easy.

Dr. Magnobosco and her team performed a spinal fusion on my daughter Maria in 8/2021. Dr. Magnabosco addressed non surgical attempts (PT & a brace) trying to help relieve the pain my daughter has been in for over 10 years. When the decision was made for surgery she made sure all our questions were answered. Her nurse Jackie held our hand through all the pre surgery steps. The surgery was a success. We were in the hospital for extra days for something else and everyday her PA Jay came in at least 2x a day on top of Dr. Magnabosco to see her progression and manage her pain. Her incision sight looks amazing! As a parent I’ve never been so comfortable with a doctor. I knew my daughter was in more than capable hands. If you ever in a situation and are in need of a orthopedic doctor, stop looking because you have found the team who is going to take care of your child as their own. Dr.Magnabosco did Wonders on my daughters feet. My daughter needed surgery on both of her feet at the same time. The results after just one week were amazing. I couldn’t thank her enough.

I known her since I was pregnant with my daughter she treated her right when I had my daughter in 2002' and she has done all her surgery's and she is wonderful blessing who came into heart and life and I will always miss her, now that our daughter is 18yrs old time for her to see an adult orthopedic now. Absolutely the best around. Dr. Magnabosco treats my daughter with Cerebral Palsy. She did an Achilles lengthening on her in 2016 and did an amazing job. Excellent bedside manner as well as a very intelligent dr that knows her stuff. There is usually a wait to get an appt. But its well worth the wait.

Today my daughter has graduated as Dr. Magnabasco puts it. From day one she explained so carefully what spinal fusion was, and was patient with our fears and concerns. She has a magical team who had my daughter playing sports after only a few months after her surgery. I can't thank her and her team enough!!

I love her energy and how good she is with her patients. She even makes family feel welcome with a hug. My son had surgery done with her and she took great care of him. She is a joy be around and is extremely brilliant. We love Dr. Magnabasco

She is a wonderful orthopedic surgeon. She really cares for her patients . One of the best kid friendly doctor's by far. She treats her patients like rockstars.

Very professional and reassuring! She isn't quick to jump to invasive surgeries like many other physicians. She considers the long term vs. short term advantages and gives you an honest opinion you can have faith in. Great physician!!!

We love Dr. Magnabosco. My son was born with club foot and we saw her on a weekly basis for about a year and have continued to see her yearly for the past 2 years. We wouldn't have chosen any other doctor. She is so very sweet and well-educated! I would recommend her to anyone needing a pediatric orthopedic surgeon.
