This is a review for the visit my child had. The major reason for a low score is that their office specifically told us that the blood and lab work up would be covered by our insurance. Just one of the tests that were ordered was over $4400 with other tests that were over $2000. Insurance did cover a lot of the service but we were left with a $2200 bill. The cost of the ordered tests should be discussed with the families before you ever order a $4000 test. This should be discussed with the parents and make sure they want that test and can pay for it. We had no idea the amount of costs these tests would be. The end result of these tests is that they found nothing. The benefit was that we now know there is nothing of a genetic nature that is wrong with our child and even after receiving the results, the doctor never reached out to us again to discuss future plans or if anything else needs to be done.
Dr. Arch is very kind, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough, one of the best physicians my daughter has seen.
