Please read if you are a new patient or considering choosing Dr. Korn as your new ophthalmologist! At my intake visit, he was friendly, but something was very off about him. He spent a lot of time talking about himself, his degree in nutrition, a book he wrote, and the insurance “game.” He said he noticed a hair in my eye and removed it. Imagine my surprise when he charged me $180 for removal. My gut was I didn’t trust him; now I know why.

Everything was great. Office staff very helpful, Doctor Korn was awesome. He and his team completed my blepharoplasy of both eyes in only an hour. Everyone worked quickly and accurately like an assembly line.Still recovering but my sight is 100% now and Im very thankful.

Nice guy but the office staff not so much. Find someone else.

They have billing problems and blame it on the patient. Find someone else. It’s all about the money here.

I haven’t seen Dr Korn since I was nine years old. He corrected my lazy guy when I was nine years old. Will be taking my kids to see him as well! He is simply the best and now his nephew is in practice with him.

I saw Dr. Korn for a problem that could have caused me to go blind. I was in my 20's at the time. I found him to be very likeable & he helped me when other doctors couldn't. He's one of those that knows a lot, is very, very good at what he does, & he knows it, but he will jokingly play around about it, too. But if you're one of those who think all doctors are jerks, it's all just a racket to get your money, etc., if you go into his office with an attitude, I can easily see him giving the attitude back to you. He doesn't have any patience for that & he's not like other docs who will smile & take it. Yes, he is all about nutrition & wants his patients to be healthy so he will tell you about things but if you're not interested, just say so! He doesn't push it! He doesn't hold a grudge. The people complaining are being babies, in my opinion. Ever heard of "just say no"? If you want it, you want it, if you don't, you don't. As simple as that.

Dr Korn is more interested in talking about himself and his nutrition program than he is about you. Plan to spend over $400 for your first exam if your a new patient. My insurance didn't cover this and I didn't expect such a large bill for an eye exam. He perscribed eye drops that cost $200. When my pharmacist called to find a substitution they said to get Visine allergy eye drops over the counter. My pharmacist said that this did not make any sense and did not compare to perscribed drops.
