Check in was handled efficiently. The nurse, Thanis, was professional, warm and friendly. Dr. Paul puts you at ease, does a thorough exam and explains all available options. He patiently answers questions. You never feel rushed or being pushed for a particular procedure.

Did not rush me. Answered all my questions took time to explain what happens when you get a kidney stone. I was lucky and passed the stone.

I would like to leave a good review but after being a patient of Dr Paul for many years I was treated very disrespectfully by him. I had to reschedule a procedure a few times due to reason’s out of my control. I was told by his staff it would not be a problem as long as it was done days in advance and not last minute so I made sure it was reschedule More than a few days in advance. I left several messages with his staff for him to please call me asap regarding my situation and he never ever called back. The young lady who books his procedure’s assured me that it was no problem and she said “people reschedule all the time”. A week later I get a certified letter in the mail stating that he will no longer be my doctor and will not honor any future appointments or provide any further care, and I was not allowed to see any other doctor in his practice. I was very shocked, and upset I thought this had to be a mistake as I never had any problems or issues, I actually thought we had a good doctor patient relationship, and I have recommend him to several friends and family members, Even my doctor who originally recommended him to me read the letter and was very surprised and disappointed with his decision. I had been a patient for so many years I could not believe this was happening , and knowing he was aware of my ongoing problems and didn’t care about my health situation was very alarming. I tried to call him again to get a better understanding of what this was all about, I explained to his staff the letter I received, they where equally as surprised as I was and said not to worry he will call me back and we would straighten this all out as I have been a a good patient for years and this had to be a miss understanding. Dr. Paul not only came up with a new solution my past urologist didn't offer, he is patient, kind, respectful of my anxiety, and breaks things down for laymen well. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Terrific Doctor, caring considerate, and professional.

I had my first appointment with Dr Paul weeks ago. Was very pleased with his demeanor. He said if I had something that was urgent he would fit me in the same day. Very reassuring, and unique to hear, and much appreciated.

Excellent Doctor so professional and a caring bedside manner. Dr Paul treated my kidney stones and calmed my fears. I would highly recommend Dr.Paul. His staff is great and very helpful.

I feel bad after reading these reviews that I'll never meet dr paul. I hope the way the office is run is not a reflection of the dr. Been trying to get an appt for 2 days for a dire situation and was told a date 6 weeks away. Also I was hung up on 3x. I was told it's because they're very short staffed. No excuse. Good luck to all

I have been most pleased with my experience as Dr. Paul's patient. His competence, caring and compassion has been obvious to me since my first appointment last year. His bedside manner is second to none, and that has been key to me in maintaining my focus and not letting anxiety take over and potentially make an incorrect decision. There are many other physicians who could learn from his example. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Paul to anyone who asked for a recommendation.

Dr. Paul is very approachable. He seems like a regular guy. He takes a real personal approach to his profession. Dr. Paul takes his time with you. I never felt rushed. He answers questions in simple language so you can understand what he is speaking about. He has taken excellent care of me. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Urologist.

Dr. Paul's blend of expert professional knowledge and friendly, relaxed manner make him a perfect doc, especially one that has to deal with such a sensitive part of the human anatomy. I was a last-minute, urgent appointment, so I can't speak to the fact that I had to wait a bit longer to see him than I'd have liked, but I have only praise for this terrific medical professional.

He is warm, caring, and extremely professional.He spends time explaining what is going on,what he is going to do, at puts you at easy. Office staff are professional and the nurses are caring.

I have already recommended Dr. Paul to two family members. He is great: puts you at ease, explains everything, and is very approachable. My only regret is I didn't see him sooner!

Miserable, uncaring, verbally abusive doctor. Does NOT honor appointment scheduling; I was kept waiting nearly 90 minutes until the office was about to close, before Eliot Paul even came into the tiny exam room to initiate contact. He then proceeded to argue with and insult me when I asked why there was such a long wait, why patients were overbooked, with no apology given. I received absolutely no examination and was told I could leave if I didn't like it - after wasting hours of my day.
