Terrible office staff Never go there!!

Absolutely amazing. Very thorough explaining the process of my future procedures. Comfortable to talk to and answered all my questions. Highly recommend as I have been to other doctors and Dr. Dreznick tops them all. Thank you

Dr. Dreznick is a phenomenal doctor. He is very thorough and makes you feel very comfortable, I highly recommend him. The only negative concern I have is his staff. Nurses are lovely, but to schedule appointments or wait for a call back is horrendous. It is beyond frustrating. I like Dr. Dreznick very much so I put up with it. This needs to be addressed and improved.

Dr. Elliot Dreznick and his ENTIRE staff are the ABSOLUTE BEST! VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, COMPASSIONATE ETC., I was there today for a procedure. I have been here for various colonoscopies (FEEL GREAT AFTERWARDS) and other procedures THROUGH DECADES and always perfect! EVERY single time, from making the appointment, to the Dr. visit and beyond has always been PERFECT in all respects! Very convenient location, appointments, and the most seasoned esxperienced Dr. Dreznick of any who handle Gastro issues. Thanks Dr. Dreznick! You are the best! js

I have autoimmune disease Dr Drezick started yelling at me because my blood pressure was up? Raising it higher? This disease took my brother RIP from me we were diagnosed same week ,Dr cancelled my 2nd app and refuses to give me my results which is against the law, If you request your results Nys Hippa laws state it must be done with 10 days,His office mang lied to me said she mailed my results? She was screaming at me not good for someone with heart problems and digestive issues he wrote I had mania? Very empathetic and personal. Explains all procedures and treatments thoroughly. He is passionate, helpful and makes you feel comfortable and safe.

This office is in such dissaray!!! There is no communication among the staff. They are rude. They are not helpful to patients with learning disabilities. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone!!!

I saw Dr. Dreznick for many years. He did a colonoscopy. He said I had irritable bowel syndrome. So I tried everything he told me to do with no relief. He missed the inflammatory bowel condition I had. I was finally diagnosed correctly and found relief when I sought out a second opinion.

My entire family sees Dr Dreznick. So glad to have him managing our care. We are confident in his abilities and recommendations. Wouldn’t consider anyone else.

Dr. Dresnick is by far one of the most thorough and patient specialists I have ever encountered. He addresses my 25yo son with cerebral palsy with dignity and respect and helps him through any and all questions he has even when it takes him some time to get his words out. Dr. Dreznick is a gem. I am so thankful to have such a caring doctor managing my case. I have a genetic disorder that most physicians have never even heard of...not only has Dr. Dreznick heard of it, he is well versed in it. He had me seen immediately, scheduled procedures in a timely manner, made sure I understood everything, went over results. The entire staff was incredible! If I could give them 10 stars I would. had a 1:30 appointment after waiting 2 hours and still not taken got my copays back and left

Dreznick doesn't even deserve the 1 star I had to give!!!! This so called doctor left my mother in the hospital with a g-tube that was blocked for over 24 hours!!! Inhumane!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Horrible! I waited an hour and then finally went to ask how much longer, only to be told the doctor was not there. Not sure where all these bad reviews are stemming from!!! I've been seeing Dr. Dresnick for years, both in the hospital and outpatient. He has solved problems for me that no one else seemed to be able to cure over YEARS of time, and believe me when I say I've been to a lot of doctors!! He always gives his full attention, listens to everything you have to say, answers any questions, and provides a very detailed treatment plan. He always follows up with you regarding any concerns. The office staff is the friendliest I've seen anywhere! I'm handicapped, and they always hold doors open for me and offer to help in any way needed. Something that is NOT common these days! Please don't let a few bad reviews discourage you from giving Dr. Dresnick a fair chance, because he certainly knows how to do his job very well! Dr dreznick is the best! Easy to talk to, spends time with his patients. He really listens. I would definately recommend him

Dr.Dreznick has become my hero! I almost did not go to see him because his office staff seems very cold, but when I met Dr. Dreznick in the hospital, I immediately knew I was in the right hands! He is just outstanding! talks the time to listen, has a great bedside manner, is very gentle and he cares! I would not go anywhere else!

Dr. Dreznick is totally competent, caring and a doctor I have already recommended to my family and friends. He gives his patients his complete attention and never makes them feel he is rushed or has to get on to someone else. For more than a decade I have trusted him, and I am totally satisfied with the care I receive. He is a great doctor.

I am a physician myself. I scheduled an appointment there to see Dr Dreznick. His office called me a day prior to my appointment to come half an hour early. I got there and one of the pt was frustrated that she had to wait 2 hrs before she could see the doctor. I waited there from 230 pm my appt time till 4 pm and I got frustrated as I had another appointment at 4 pm. I told them that I wanted to talk to the manager Kim over there but instead they sent a nurse to take my vitals and put me in a room to wait for Dr Dreznick. I told them not to take my vitals and asked them I need to talk with the manager. I spoke with the manager and expressed my concern about the wait time. The staff there was totally unapologetic and I asked them to refund my copay and questioned there policy of charging the pts a copay if they miss there appointment. I told them if you value your time then you should learn to value your patients time too and make a policy that if you make them wait more than certain amount of time you should not charge them copay and this way they will be more diligent and not make pts wait for hours. I left the office and was appaled by the fact that the staff was totally unprofessional and unapologetic. Would not recommend him to anybody for this reason. Time is money. I am a physician myself. I called after an episode of gastro pain and was immediately advised to go to the emergency room for a stomach scan which probably saved me from emergency surgery. I was hospitalized for 5 & 1/2 days on IV antibiotics and pain medicine but because of the quick attention to my concern, I did not need emergency surgery. Jamie and the entire office staff, Dr. Dreznick and Kim are all very professional, personal, explains everything and some of the most caring medical personnel I have had. .
