I saw him with a tremor in my left arm and severe depression. As soon as he found out that my tremor was caused by an accident at work, he began working more for worker's comp and less for me. For example, he reported that I told him I cancelled an appointment with him because I thought it would make me look sicker. In fact, I told him that my aunt had died unexpectedly and was dealing with family issues.
