I've been waiting for 3 months to see this doctor. The week of my appointment I contacted the office because I forgot what time my I was scheduled for. The receptionist looked up my file then apologized because the doctor would not be able to see me afterall! What? and I wasn't contacted, supposedly the receptionist had just found out too (30 minutes before I called)? Wow what a coincidence! So now I have to see a different doctor (which I didn't pick) but my appointment is still cancelled until they can find out when this other doctor can see me. And if I want to see Dr. Cole I have to wait another 5 months, what am I supposed to do meanwhile? What kind of service is that? Don't waste your time scheduling an appointment with this doctor, I don't understand why they did not call me to let me know that my appointment was cancelled sooner!!! I call them to make an appointment the person the answer said they can not attend me because I am on Medicare not even if I pay cash.I wonder why. Ask and says ba,bay

I had a bladder sling put in 1.5 years ago and am enjoying my “new life”. Staff was amazing in both the office abd the hospital. Dr. Cole personally called me and checked in multiple times during recovery. The only issue I had was it took a long time to get an appointment but it was well worth it!

Dr. Cole is a rare find in a physician! She gives you her undivided attention and makes you feel important. She is an expert in what she does and I'd highly recommend her for urogynecological issues.

Dr. Emily Cole is an excellent urologist! She is the best urologist I have had in 18 years of suffering with an incurable disease. I highly recommend her she is patient understanding and kind. She has a wonderful staff! She will help you!

I suffer from A terrible disease called interstitial cystitis. I was actually referred to Dr. Cole through another doctor. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this woman! She has given me my life back. She Performed a Botox procedure on my bladder the first time she did it I was pain-free but I had some issues with voiding. I want to head and tried it again and this time she got it just right! I can eat whatever I want I can do whatever I want. She’s a very good doctor! She’s patient.

Dr. Cole is an excellent, very-caring doctor. She takes the time to explain all the options for your treatment and helps you choose the best, most beneficial option. She is very personable and makes you feel comfortable while discussing your issues. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cole to all women with urological issues.

Dr. Cole was very professional, spent plenty of time with me explaining all of my surgical options and alternatives. I felt very comfortable having her as my surgeon after meeting with her.

The Doctor sent between 3 or 4 other patients spending enough time with me to ask a couple of questions the leaving the room and I could hear her go from one room to another doing the same thing,I was very uncomfortable during my entire time at that clinic
