Eric Bernat Baylin

My wife required restorative surgery after a tumor excision left a deep, dime-sized cavity very near her eye. From our first encounter with Dr.Baylin and his staff at Eye Center of Central Georgia to our post surgery visit, our experience has been extremely positive and painless. His kindness, attentiveness and expertise are truly remarkable. He and his surgical team, in spite of a very busy schedule, made her feel as if she were the only patient they had. We are so happy with the outcome he achieved. I must say I don’t think we have ever had a medical experience quite as positive as this.

Dr Baylin is an absolute amazing Doctor. But what makes him especially special is he is a " CARING DOCTOR!" In my 36 adult years((I'm now 54!)) I have NEVER had a Doctor call themselves to check on me. Dr Baylin you rock! NEVER CHANGE!!! When my trichiasis (misalignment of eyelashes) became challenging I had to make a difficult decision to undergow a very delicate eyelid surgery with potential complications. That was when I finally met the right seasoned surgeon in this field, Dr Eric Baylin. Dr Baylin thoroughly explained all options with demonstrations and their successes and complications. I decided for the lasting solution and underwent a very successful surgery by all accounts! Dr Baylins team were very efficient and rendered all assistance to my family and I. I am free of offender eyelashes permanently and once again enjoy my best hobby, reading. We are more grateful to dr Baylin and his staff than they will ever know! - Saeed Woday and Family

Dr Baylin does not practice standard medical hospital or CDC guidelines. It is not medically safe to be in his office. Stay away if you want to stay free of disease

There's not enough good things I can possibly say about Dr. Baylin! He is the best! I have gone to Dr. Baylin for probably 6 years, and will continue to go to him. He is very caring and thorough. He also spends a lot of time with his patients. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could!

Had a recent procedure with Dr. Baylin. He was very professional and explained everything with detail and in terms of my understanding. I was reluctant to have procedure during the procedure during the pandemic, however everything went without a hitch. The hospital, the office staff and Dr. Baylin himself exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend him to my friends

I had surgery on my eyes and since the surgery did not correct my problem I had a second reconstructive surgery by the same doctor. I was completely devastated that he only made my situation worse. Dr. Baylin Was then recommended to me by this doctor! After a consultation and thorough investigation of his work I proceeded to hopefully reconstruct what has been done. I cannot emphasize enough the miracle that Dr. Baylin has performed! His skill has given me my life back, my confidence and 20 years to my face! I had two surgeries by Dr. Baylin to correct what had been done and you can’t even tell I had a problem! I could never convey in a short paragraph how special this doctor is… I am a very happy patient and highly recommend Dr. Baylin to anyone and everyone! And on Top of that his bedside manner is truly second to none! He is the real deal!

In January 2019, I had upper and lower cosmetic eye surgery with very poor results. My left outer lower lid slopes downward while the upper lid is too tight pulling the water line and lashes upward. I had revision surgery performed by another eye surgeon to correct. If I could have my old beautifully shaped, eyes back along with the bags I would. As for Dr Baylin, the compassion and accountability is non-existent. I was not going to write a negative review but my friends said that this information should be out there for others to consider. Can not recommend.

Where do I start?! I have had bags under my eyes for years, and I thought I would never get rid of them. Well, they are GONE! I have never had extensive work like this done before, so I was very nervous. He took great care of me! Great bedside manner Perfectionist Very knowledgeable in his area of expertise Answers your emails!!! I had the CO2 laser surgery at the same time, and I am extremely pleased with the results. I saw Dr. Baylin for reconstructive surgery after an extensive Mohs procedure on my lower eyelid. Besides having a great "bedside manner," Dr. Baylin was thorough and confidence inspiring in his pre-op discussion, the day of my surgery and post-op visit. (HE actually called our home on the evening of my surgery to check on me and PERSONALLY answered a phone call on the weekend about a medication I had been prescribed.) Due to the severity of the Mohs procedure, Dr. Baylin had to change his plan on the day of my surgery and took great care in explaining to my husband what he was doing and why. In addition to Dr. Baylin himself, the staff in his office was super helpful in assisting with my medical insurance and some special requests I had prior to the surgery. They quickly answered phone calls and emails and went above and beyond to assist. I highly recommend Dr. Baylin and team!

Four years ago I had Mohs surgery to remove a basal cell from my lower eyelid and the result was an ugly hole the size of your index fingernail. Dr. Baylin’s repair of the wound was nothing short of amazing! Within 3 months there was no visible sign that I had any surgery, and no scar. Fast forward to Sept. 2018. The basal cell returned in the same location and required another Mohs surgery. Dr. Baylin again performed a miracle. No visible scar and no loss of function with the eyelid.

I recently bilateral eye tendon repair surgery with Dr E Baylin. He was very professional, knowledgeable , detail oriented. I could not be happier with the results & would highly recommend him.

Awesome bedside manner. Very professional, very patient and a lot of fun. It is obvious he is passionate about his profession and passionate about his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Baylin!

I am very impressed with the care and concern Dr. Baylin has for my 91-year-old Mother. He has been a blessing from God. He saw immediately the problems my Mother has and has done an excellent job repairing the damage done by a previous Eyecare giver. Thank you Dr. Baylin!

I found Dr. Baylin after a botched undereye procedure by another doctor. I have had a wonderful experience from consultation through surgery and follow-up. I am impressed with the interest he took in my case. He made it clear he was not happy with the previous doctor's work, and he was determined to rectify my problems. He is a perfectionist, which is a great quality to have in his line of work. I wish I had come to Dr. Baylin first so my surgery could have been done right from the start.

I had saved for a long time to turn the page on the Big 60 by getting eyelid surgery and a brow lift. My regular eye doctor and his office manager recommended Dr. Baylin. I had considered a different physician who could do everything that I wanted including a lower facelift. However, I was very impressed by Dr. Baylin's expertise and liked the idea of using a doctor with a background in ophthalmology AND plastic surgery. I couldn't be more happy with my eyes. I am so happy with my outcome.

Dr Baylin operated on both upper and lower eyelids for me. During the office visit I did not feel rushed or that he was not listening to me. My lower lids were stretched out causing me to have dry eyes as well as always looking tired. The upper lids were so droopy that my vision was really impacted. The surgeries were easy, no pain, minimal swelling that was controlled by ice. I recommend Dr Baylin to anyone needing this surgery.

Dr. Baylin came highly recommended to me by two different friends. I saw their surgery results and was hoping for the same for me. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process - from the time I first met Dr. Baylin through now. I would also highly recommend him to my friends as well. He and his staff are personable, compassionate, and helpful. You can't go wrong with Dr. Baylin.

Dr. Baylin is very professional, and at the same time very good at communicating. His office and surgery center are both staffed by friendly and helpful people. He quickly assessed my problem with my upper and lower eyelids - and I did not even realize the lower ones needed work! He did an excellent job with my surgery. Though I am still healing from the surgery on the upper lids, I can already see a great improvement. I would recommend his services to any of my friends.

GREAT doctor! Very professional, polite, courteous, and he does EXCELLENT work! I had both the upper and lower eye lids removed by a Mohls surgeon and he spent three hours doing reconstruction work that I am very amazed and pleased with. And everyone who sees pictures is amazed! God is good and blessed us with a great doctor for what I needed to have done.

Dr. Baylin is very upbeat and gave both myself and my wife a high level of confidence that his recommendation would solve the problem. I had lower and upper eyelid surgery to open my eyes more. This did greatly improve my looks (according to my wife) and my vision is better. So, YES I would highly recommend Dr. Baylin to you and my friends.

Dr. Baylin is extremely professional; yet easy to talk to. It is rare to find a physician that is not only interested in your health but cares about you as a person. I would highly recommend Dr. Baylin to my friends and family (which I NEVER do unless I am 100% convinced he is the best of the best). He performed a ptsosis repair and, though I am still recovering, I already see a huge improvement . He is a talented surgeon and his office staff is friendly and professional.

Found him on my insurance company's website listed as an Ophthalmologist. Made an appointment for dry, red, painful eyes and blurry vision. Rather than treating me for my problem, he told me I could use some plastic surgery from him. I asked him about my problem and he referred me to another ophthalmologist. Then he gave me a bill for $156.35. I complained, but he insisted on being paid, so I paid him.
