Dr. Bluman was rushed, disinterested, and this combination resulted in a TOTAL MISDIAGNOSIS. THE IMAGES ON THE MRI ORDERED BY A PODIATRIST TELL THE TRUTH NOT A HURRIED DOCTOR !

I found Dr. Bluman to be extremely patient and very precise and clear about what to expect during treatment and surgery. It's nice to find doctors that are not in a rush to leave a patient with questions unanswered.

Diagnosed with a foot stress fracture at an ER and referred to an orthopedic foot specialist, I saw Dr. Bluman the next day - after I had been accessed by his relatively clueless PA. His notes on the visit, read, "We discussed immobilization in a boot but Viola does not want a boot". This discussion never occurred. I got back to him by "Partner Gateway messaging" and told them they were wrong. After his PA, sent in a "prescription", I was finally fitted with a boot - but I and the technician were left clueless as to the "length of need". About a follow -up ? The visit concluded with his saying, " I never want to see you again". Stay away from this practice.

This doctor does not pay attention to check the X Ray that you do before you see him.But i have to tell him to check it. His assistance (Women) does not have knowledge about any thing in her job when you challenge her she get mad and treat you bad,or tell the Doctor that you offend her shame on the doctor that believe on her and cover for each other mistake.

I went to Dr Bluman for my own foot/ankle issue after my wife had a great outcome with his repair of her hammer toe and bunion corrective surgeries. She went from barely being able to walk a quarter mile to being back on the dance floor after four months of recovery. Dr Bluman listens well, and seems to be a great diagnostician. He has come up with what I perceive as a good strategy for my ankle sprain. I would recommend him to other dancers who may be having problems with their feet/ankles.

Dr. Bluman gave me my life back. After seeing many other orthopedic surgeons he gave me my options and took a chance on fixing me. I have a total ankle replacement. Two years out I am pain free and active. He has the experience to do it right!

Dr. Bluman is an excellent surgeon. Spent time to answer all my questions. Have had one surgery with him and will be having a second from him soon. Trust him!

He talked to me like an intelligent adult, capable of understanding my situation and the options. I appreciated the time he took to answer all of my questions.
