We were referred to Ortho Arkansas, specifically Dr. Gordon, by several trusted friends. They did not disappoint. My daughter was very impressed after first visit with Dr. Gordon, Hannah, PA & Rhonda, RN. Dr. Gordon and his entire staff were absolutely amazing through the whole process.

I love my Drs at Ortho.

Outstanding job from the start. Had insurance problems but they kept in touch with me until they were worked out.

Today I met Dr Gordon and his staff. They were both awesome! Thx y’all! I felt listened to and heard. I am going to work hard on my homework! Thx!

Dr Eric Gordon explained everything to me about what steps would come next. He didn't come into the room and rush the exam. He answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Gordon at OrthoArkansas is one of the best doctors my mother has been treated by. He has excellent bedside manner. He’s polite, listens and advises. He never tells you what you have to do but rather sympathizes with the patient. He performed a total knee replacement on my 81 year old mother and her recovery has been excellent. She is so grateful to Dr. Gordon for fixing her knee and relieving her pain.

I think you and your staff are the greatest. I would definitely recommend you to anybody that needs your services. You have done a great job on my knee, thank you I appreciate it very much!

I saw Dr. Gordon for a broken foot bone. I was afraid I would have to have surgery. After looking at my x rays, he told me surgery wasn’t necessary. I loved his mannerisms and the way answered all my questions. He was personable and easy to talk to. Just like talking to a friend. I will recommend Dr. Gordon to anyone I know needing his services.

Great visit. Dr. Gordon is knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Nurses, technicians and front desk staff are all exceptional.

Dr. Gordon was wonderful. He assisted me with getting in to see one of his partners for further trigger point injections. I left there very happy.

The guy is genuine, friendly and competent. Answering all my questions he didn’t recommend unnecessary or unwarranted procedures. It is rare today to find such a good and honest physician.

The staff at Ortho Arkansas is very empathy, professional, and prompt. Dr. Eric Gordon is one of the best doctors I've seen yet. Caring for his patients is a understatement. Keep up the great work...

Dr. Gordon and His Staff are absolutely wonderful! I had to have both knees replaced in 2019 and they took fantastic care of me. One night when I had my second knee replaced I had called 911 because a pool of blood was at my foot when I stood up. Not thinking, It was dark- which meant it was old and not fresh, but- I was given contact info. when I went to have my surgery to contact Dr. directly. As soon as I heard his calm and soothing voice, my anxiety melted away, I passed the phone to the medic and knew that he would have them take great care of me. I love these people! They are like family now. There's a receptionist out front who I call, "my sister from another mister", as we are different races, but I love all races- it is good and bad in all colors and we are all God's Children! After having my knees replaced, I fell and broke my wrist and I had his nurse's number and called her and she got me right in and surgery was performed - AGAIN,he did a fantastic job! Thank you!

Well worth the wait-If there is much of one at all. Just remember Dr.'s do get called out on emergencies and if it were you or your loved one, you would want the best to be there too! I would! Dr. Gordon did a great surgery on my kneee replacement! His staff is wonderful. I’m getting ready to have my other knee surgery!

Dr. Gordon is very personable. I like that in a doctor.

He was so nice and straight to the point of addressing my needs with solutions.. they was open to as many questions unfortunately I only had 2 important questions to ask , also he had a med. student shadowing him and she was very helpful and knowledgeable as well..

Front desk personnel was friendly and I had very little wait time. After being shown a room by a friendly nurse, the PA, Maggie, came in and did a THIRTY MINUTE extensive exam and answered a ton of questions. Maybe that’s normal with more PA’s these days, but I’ve never experienced that. I did have to wait a bit for the Dr. but I overheard that he had been delayed in another patient’s room which is understandable. If my issue should take more time than normal, I would expect that the Dr. would take more time with me. BTW, I canceled a surgery to come to Ortho for two reasons; one the previous surgeon was in the consultation room with me for possibly two minutes and that’s no exaggeration! The other reason I switched to Ortho is because of another Dr. there, Dr. Reynolds, who also listens and spends time explaining your condition and options. As for Dr. Gordan, he did the same...LISTENED!! Haven’t gotten much of that over the past few years! He didn’t push me toward surgery, but allowed me to voice my concerns about surgery, and suggested other treatments that we could try beforehand. This is one of the few times I left a medical clinic with a load off my mind because I was not looking forward to a knee replacement surgery at this stage of life but if I eventually need surgery it will be here. Also, a shoutout to the people downstairs who fitted me with a knee brace! Bottom line is, everyone I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Dr. Eric Gordon is extremely professional. He consistently delivers thorough patient exams and always makes sure to answer all the questions I have. He is never in a rush and always strives to provide excellent care in his facility! I highly recommend.

Excellent care, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. A very caring place.

I have been a difficult patient- not me personally,(I hope) but my healing process has been a challenge. Dr. Gordon has been there through it all. He is a great doctor.

Dr Gordon has seen both me and my husband for various issues. He is an awesome physician and takes the time out to discuss issue and treatment plan. He has a wonderful staff supporting him as well. Everything about my appointment went very well from the curbside check in to the check out procedure.

Dr Gordon is very personable (even behind a mask during this crazy time covid-19). I appreciate his bedside manner and ability to convey the information I needed for both of my partial knee replacements.

Dr Gordon is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He is kind and helpful and yet he expects the best in cooperation from the patient. I give him the highest ratings!

Great surgeon

I received excellent care with followup visits. Dr Gordon is patient, informative and takes the time to really listen to your concerns. The staff is is professional and efficient. The atmosphere in the office is cordial and comfortable.

Had a great experience for knee replacement. Easy recovery and got me back on my feet working 8+ hours per day. No pain, so happy!

Dr Gordon knows his stuff. Have used him since 2013. Has done scopes on both knees for me. Harder to get in quicker when problem arises since he has gotten so popular it seems, but he is worth the wait. Highly recommend for knee problems. And he always remembers his patient's which these days is a rarity.

Rude, he doesn't care about his patients. He will make you visit as many times as he possibly can to get the easy money, with office visit and etc, from you. I would NOT recommend him. He isn't friendly and isn't helpful at all.

Very rude to me while i was n hospital. Walk out room slammed the door. Returned the next day saying he didnt have time to argue with which i did not. He also said its was july 4 th i was mad i he didnt have time for me etc. I have nothing good to say about him.
