Have been coming here for 10 years. Dr Hagmen and the staff are the best. Coney my hygienist is great and funny we always have a great time when I come in for my cleanings. Would highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Eric Hagman is a professional, caring, honest, highly skilled dentist who provides quality work. I have been with Dr. Hagman since 1996 with a several year break when my company-provided dental insurance didn’t cover his services. During the time I was with other dentists, I hopped around from one dentist to the other, never finding one that came close to Hagman in the quality of work performed. I would check my plan choices every year at open enrollment hoping Hagman would again be a choice. I was more than delighted when he once again became a choice; I felt like I could go back home to where I belong. Not only is Dr. Hagman’s work top notch, the office has a relaxed, healthy and happy homey feel. It is obvious he treats his staff well and that they all like and respect each other. I'm very happy with the service and caring I receive from Dr. Hagman and his staff. They go out of their way to meet my concerns and provide quality service. When I need to make an appointment they always accommodate me to see me promptly. They inform me in detail of the procedures I am not familiar with. I also witnessed their concern and follow up with other patients which made me feel comfortable with my treatment. I've worked with a lot of dentists so far in my life and Eric Hagman and his staff are by far the best. Darla treated me right by hand scraping as opposed to using the sonic tool for my cleaning. Making my exposed roots very happy. I'm currently getting a crown redone from another dentist that did a poor fit. All of the work is done gently and efficiently and I feel that Dr. Hagman really knows what he is doing. I also appreciate that Cheryl talks me through what she is doing at all times - again with expert technique. If you are in the area you can do no better than Dr Hagman and his staff. I've been going here since I was 5. I grew up in Maple Valley, and even though I've moved to Woodinville, I still have this place as my home dentist. Absolutely love my Dental Hygienist, Connie. She is the biggest sweetheart. Amazing with kids, and gets to know you through the little windows of time she gets in transitions in the teeth cleaning process. Dr. Hagman is calm and professional. He is honest with his recommendations. They won't try to get money from you for things that are unnecessary. My mom tried going to another dentist in Maple Valley for a time, and they told my sister she has a cavity and my mom that she needed an extra filling and other things when this place said everything looked fine (at least for my mom). I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere of the staff I have come in contact with. Even the receptionist was able to get a copy and check my insurance during the appointment (I neglected to get it to them earlier, which, being in a receptionist position my self, I know it is difficult and can put a dent in the efficiency up there). I spoke with Misty, office manager. Needed some consultation for the initial visit, however, she was not so helpful and discouraged me to come in by unfriendly attitude. She needs a refresher traninig on how to welcome new patients, or give them best first impression.

I have been going to see Dr. Hagman since 2007. He and his staff are some of the best in their field. He is so good to his staff that there have been no changes in it as far as I know since the start, other than one of them retiring, and adding a new staff member. They are all cheerful and proficient in their fields of work, honest in their billing, and they are all a joy to be around. You would be wise to concider consulting them for your dental work. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do... I recently went through the process of getting a dental implant. Dr. Hagman did a great job and his staff was friendly and communicative. Seriously I LOVE this dentist office. Like most people, I don't really look forward to my dentist appointments but at Dr. Hagman's office, I do! The main reason besides the nice, polite staff and welcoming environment is because Dr. Hagman offers complimentary nitrous for cleanings. I can only speak for myself but I can't stand the feeling and sound of them scraping your teeth clean. I also have super sensitive teeth and being able to just relax and watch HGTV on the ceiling makes it so much better! Lastly, today I had my first cavity filling in awhile, at the end of the appt, Dr. Hagman asked me if the edges of my two front teeth bothered me as they were a little uneven due to normal wear and tear... I was like "OMG YES!!" as I run my tongue over them often and hate how they feel. He offered to simply file them a bit to make them nice and smooth! WOW, I almost cried! I started seeing Dr Hagman when my regular dentist retired. I was surprised how my old dentist neglected my oral health. Long story short, through his recommendation of a periodontist any subsequent follow ups with Dr Hagman my teeth and oral health are in excellent health. I just wish I had him years ago and avoided what I had to go through. Overall his staff and office have been very accommodating and comfortable. All of them take the time and do the job right. I have never been as pleased with a dentist as I am with Dr. Hagman. He has treated both my husband and I and has been able to find and correct problems that our previous dentist was not able to fix. His expertise has been so appreciated and his exceptional office staff are so easy to work with. I really like everything about a trip to his office, and that is a big thing for me as I have always had a terrible time making myself go to a dentist due to lots of anxiety from bad childhood experiences with dentists. Dr Hagman and his staff are able to exemplify both competence and the feeling of family. Dr is very concerned with the both comfort during the procedures and the lasting results of his work. He is an excellent communicator with regards to treatment needs and options. One thing that really stands out is the staff's understanding of my financial situations and making the best use of my insurance benefits, all the while keeping in mind which care needs to come first.

I had a cleaning about 5 weeks ago and it was hands down the best cleaning that I have received EVER! The dental hygienist was awesome. She asked if I wanted nitrous and I informed that I have never had it before. She asked if I wanted to try it. My wife told me prior to definitely get it before I came in. So, I said sure. She asked me if I have ever had it. I told her no never. So, she started me off with a low dose and then increased. In prior dentist offices they would just attempt to clean my teeth with the ultrasonic tool and I would be in pain before of my sensitive. BUT this dental hygienist was nice enough to say that the nitrous will help the sensitive. She was 100% correct. I didnt feel a thing, except one small spot and even close to how bad it was when I got the ultrasonic done before. To add to the great service from the dental hygienist, they had bluetooth headphones for you to watch tv and glasses! Talk about this office keeping up with the technology. WOW Awesome job! Fast forward to about 3 weeks ago,, I had to come in for a small cavity that I had to get filled. Since it was in the same area as a chip that I had. Dr. Eric was willing to fill that in for me to prevent any future issues! Talk about awesome. I have never had a dentist like this. My wife and I will definitely be coming back! Also, when my daughter gets more teeth she will be coming here too. Oh yeah, the second dental hygienist that I had was great too! I can not forget her. She was super nice and so helpful during the whole cavity. I have never had that kind of care during a cavity filling ever. I had some build of fluids and I raised my hand and she was on it so quick. Dr. Hagman and his staff are very friendly. I have been to their office twice now and have been treated with kindness and respect during both visits. They always inquire on my daughter and share fun stories. My teeth always manage to get clean without the painful gums I've experienced at other places. This is a great office!

I have gone to Dr. Hagman's office for 24 years and I have always had an excellent experience. Connie has been cleaning my teeth since I was a baby pretty much and I wouldn't have it any other way. Every single member of the staff is friendly and professional - they treat you like more than just a patient. The service is wonderful, Misty (the receptionist) is always on top of things and does everything she can to make your visit pleasant and stress-free. My family and I have moved around a lot so we've had to find a new dentist every time we get to someplace new. We started seeing Dr. Hagman after having a number of bad experiences at another dentist in the area. We feel very lucky to have found his office and highly recommend him and his staff.

I have never been seen by a Dentist more thorough, patient, and meticulous to detail and perfection. Absolutely love hygienist "Connie". I've never used nitrous with dental work prior to establishing with Dr. Hagman but have come to appreciate it. When the kids needed braces he was able to refer us to an orthodontist close by. When my daughter developed TMJ he was able to refer us to a respected specialist in the field. I believe Dr. Hagman is the best Dentist in Maple Valley. I have been around to a couple different dentists is Maple Valley, including the get-me-in-get-me-out dental offices and nowhere else have I received such personalized, honest and ETHICAL care. Eric gave me the full low down on my problem tooth and different ways the problem could be addressed. He preferred to start out with the most conservative non-invasive treatment option, which is great for my wallet and avoided a root canal! My tooth was randomly aching and often would be sensitive to cold food. A couple dentists wanted to give me a root canal to relieve the discomfort, I wanted other opinions as this procedure was going to cost over $2500!!.. When I saw Dr. Eric, he noted that the xray taken at the other office was inconclusive and decided that he should do a little adjustment to my bite, as well, applied fluoride to see how my tooth responds... The next day I noticed things were a little bit better, but still causing pain. His front office called me to see how I was doing, they decided to have me come in for another fluoride treatment, saying the progress promising! I had a total of 3 fluoride applications... The pain with cold and random aching is now totally gone... He was pretty sure I was grinding my teeth, causing stress on the tooth that was hitting slightly higher than the others, in turn taking the threshold down for other sensitivities including cold foods/drinks. Root canal and new crown avoided! Dr. Eric I can't thank you enough, but, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your care! I believe Dr. Hagman is the best Dentist in Maple Valley. I adore this office. I've been coming here since I was a child and I, believe it or not, look forward to my biannual appointment. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and downright awesome. My husband, who HATED going to the dentist prior to meeting me actually likes going too now. I'm pretty sure he has even become a better brusher and flosser. Dr. Hagman is the best! I first came to him after literally getting up and leaving in the middle of a procedure at another dentist. (We laugh about this now 20 years later.) He is professional, gentle, and reliable. Even now as I live 300 miles away I will return for the care of Dr. Hagman and his staff.

Dr. Eric Hagman is the best Dentist I have ever had, and I am not an easy patient. I have always had a problem prior to dental procedures getting 'numb'. Dr. Eric realized this quickly and has always taken time to be sure that whatever procedure I am having is pain free. He is kind, caring and really does listen. I have been going to him for 20 + years. He has the best staff, they are also kind and caring. Connie his hygienist is my absolute favorite. Her sense of humor and wit is the best. Eric and his staff have a great dental practice. Cleanings are done by caring knowledgeable hygienists with little (if any) turnover. Eric isn't filling happy just to drum up business. Seems like a stand up dentist and he backs his work. As I am have been in the waiting room several patients have made comments about how great of a dentist Eric is- seriously great and funny comments! They are usually right on time, when they are not they let you know how behind they are (never more than 10 minutes). I was a patient of Dr. Hagman for many years until 2011 when the insurance I had would not pay for his services. Over a 3 year period I tried 3 other dentists in the area that my federal insurance would cover. I came away from each experience confused and dissatisfied as they all recommended different procedures for me. I finally realized that Dr. Hagman was the only dentist I felt I could fully trust since I have a lot of issues with broken teeth and very old fillings that are failing I knew I would soon need some major restorations. The only answer for me was to purchase the insurance I needed to return to Dr. Hagman. I have seen enough dentists in my life to realize that with Dr. Hagman I am receiving the best dental care available. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Hagman for a few years and can't recommend his practice highly enough. We tried several different dentists in the area when we first moved here and were frustrated with the "hard sell" we were being given. Dr. Hagman was recommended to me by a work colleague and we have been seeing him since. I've been going to Dr. Hagman for years and it's been the best relationship with a dentist and hygienist in my life. It's actually an experience I look forward to (ok, don't dread). At any dentist I would say that you better love your hygienist because they're the people you're going to spend the most time with. My hygienist is Connie and she is a kick in the pants. Even though I have a mouth full of hands we still find a way to have a great time talking. I'm sure the nitrous oxide doesn't hurt the conversation much. I have seen Dr. Hagman for quite a few years. Not only is he an amazing dentist but his staff is so incredibly friendly and makes me feel like part of the family the moment I walk in. He has stayed late in order to help me with a toothache. Connie is the BEST hygienist and makes the appointment that much more fun!

I love going to this dental office. Almost all the staff are really nice and friendly. Dr Hagman is good at what he does and very knowledgeable. I always ask for Connie when I get my cleaning because she's really hilarious and adorable! I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned and she does a thorough job in cleaning my teeth. I can feel my teeth are squeaky clean every time. I live in west seattle, but I don't mind driving down to Maple valley every six months for cleaning. Eric Hagman has been our family dentist since 1995. My whole family actually loves to go to the dentist. He is so quick, appointments are always on time, and he is very thorough. All the hygienists are great, but we all see Connie :). She's awesome. You will not be disappointed going here!
