The staff at the desk were phenomenal! Really nice and they cared a lot. Dr. Katch, however, was extremely rude to me every time I was in. I was in severe pain the first time, and he did not look at me in the eye and showed no sympathy. I was in and out within 2 min and he didn’t even ask me how I was feeling. The next time I saw him was after my wisdom teeth extraction (didn’t even see him day of surgery) and I was in a lot of pain that was getting progressively worse. I was not sure if what I was experiencing was normal or not so I called To explain symptoms and was asked to come in. Just wanted to make sure things were okay before I returned to work. Dr. Katch belittled me for considering coming in 2 days after surgery. He told me “well, you know red heads have trouble with pain” to me, a red head!!!!! As if what I was feeling was not valid. Then he implied I wanted more opioids. Just wanted to make sure I was ok and he was so so rude I can’t believe it. Would not recommend at all!!

Dr Katch was very cordial and i felt at ease....had a tooth extraction that went very well with no pain during or in hours and day after.

Dr. Katch extracted two teeth and did exposures for my daughter. The procedure went smoothly without pain post op. He took time to answer our questions and even placed a follow up call to check on her that same night. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Dr. Katch, who removed my wisdom teeth. Minimum pain, no discomfort, done quick and professionally! Drove there all the way from Columbus, Ohio and yes, it was worth it! Would recommend to anyone. And big thank you to his beautiful staff! You guys are the best!

Dr. Katch helped treat my mother and daughter. He was very efficient, kind and his office staff was friendly. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed without any problems and my mother had a dental implant placed. It's almost impossible to tell which tooth is the implant! I would highly recommend him for any oral surgery you may need

I found that Dr Katch did not follow through with what he said he was going to do and one of the areas I had surgery one still causing me problems a year and a half later, so much so that my dentist told me to have a second opinion and while the second opinion-surgeon was trying to be professional it was clear he wasn't happy at all with Dr Katch's work. Lastly, most staff I dealt with were either aggressive or clearly untrained...new staff every time...WILL NOT GO BACK: Beware of office.
