I love Dr. Mueller! He is very patient listens to what you have to say. He doesn’t overprescribe, if you feel a medication is not working, he will work with you to find the best results. And the comment about the cancellation fee is a little absurd. He gives you 24 hours to cancel before he charges a fee and if it’s an emergency, that you have to cancel the day of, he will work with you.

Dr. Mueller Okay. I don’t have many options in network so I’ve been going here for many years. his receptionist is rude. It’s a small practice in a remote location but every time I have had to speak with the receptionist she has been very unpleasant. The late cancellation fee is ridiculous and hope to god nothing comes up or you have an emergency or else you will be flushing $50 down the toilet. Will no longer use services

Dr. Mueller is very understanding. He explains things very easily. He has never made me feel anything but important. He gives you options in your treatment and helps you make the right decisions.
