This is not the first time that this office has not responded to my messages on their app and when I was called it was not by a nurse practitioner nor doctor

What A NIGHTMARE! I used this office a few years back,. ALWAYS had insurance (what Dr. sees you without Insurance?) and have always paid my bills. YEARS later (service was 2016) I get a Notice from an Attorney that I owed $100's of dollars for services. After, MUCH Stress to find all of the Insurance information from my Previous employer I finally got Proof of the EOB which amounted to my responsibility of only $88 dollars. I would have GLADLY paid Dr. Smiths office if they would have let me know. Instead they sent it to COLLECTIONS Attorney. Long story short, I got $88, a hole bunch of Fees that I had to Pay. All because Mr. Smiths office did NOT do there job. Yet, THEY HAD GOTTEN PAID! Avoid this Headache, Go elsewhere. ZERO STARS!!!! Is this Legal? Horrible service. Horrible receptionists. Have been going there for years and now the service has gone down dramatically. Do not recommend.

Horrible service to paitients

I am very disappointed with the customer service. I think the current staff is very overworked. It is difficult to get thru to a live person. Return calls are not always made. This is a plea to add staff to the office. I think this is ultimately the responsibility of an office manager. I think Dr. Smith owed it to his staff and his patients to address this situation. I think this could be an excellent practice, but there are crucial support elements that are not working. I am very disappointed with the customer service. This office has got to have the poorest customer service, in calling about my mom the girl had a major attitude and hung up the phone. Extremely rude and inefficient.

I'm so disappointed with this office. I made a doctors appointment in August 2020 to see doctor not a nurse practioner (no offense) I had to wait 2 months. I had a doctor appointment at 4 pm and my spouse at 4:30 pm when I call the day of appointment to verify they tell me only my spouse has an appointment. They tell me that my appointment was at 09:00 a.m. and I missed my appointment. I told them I work during the week until 0300 pm why would i make an appointment at 0900a.m. I spoke to receptionist. She answered me like I was wrong that it was not their mistake. She was rude. I asked her to have Office Manager to call me and no one ever call me. When we started the Pandemic they were calling me for her service. When I did not need them. Thanks for nothing Dr. Eric Smith office I'm so disappointed with this office. Dr Smith has been my doctor for as many years as I can remember. He is always caring, easy to talk with, smart, knowledgeable and will go the extra mile and do whatever it takes to provide excellent care for his patients. I am very fortunate to have him as my doctor.

Great practice. With so many providers, I can always get an appointment fast

Go elsewhere! They have the rudest office staff I have ever experienced. Even when calling on the phone, you will not be treated with respect - it is as if the office staff is doing you a favor by even answering a call or your questions. No information gets through to the doctor. The office staff RUNS THIS PRACTICE and apparently it has been going on for years and is OK with the doctors. This is not a one time observation as other patients have experienced the same problem.

I have been a patient of his for 25 years and find him outstanding. He takes his time and is careful to explain things. He encourages prevention and healthy lifestyles. There have been past issues with the office staff but for the most part, they try hard to do the right thing. Follow up on test results is excellent and a few times he has called me at home to see how I'm doing. His Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners are great.

I have been a patient of this practice for about 20 years, and am 500% confident in the care I receive in this outstanding medical practice. Dr. Smith and Nurse Practitioner Lisa Girouard, my two primary "docs", set the benchmark for me as caring and highly-knowledgeable medical professionals.

I would not recommended to my family and friends with Eric Smith. He is not as great doctor. !!! The office staff are very rude and not politely!!!

My whole family have been patients for many years. Dr. Smith is very courteous and warm. Explains issues well and never gives me the impression of being rushed. Wait in lobby is usually minimal. Wait in exam room may be a few minutes longer. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. In past, follow through by staff was sometimes sporadic, but it has improved.

Dr. Smith is an excellent physician, he is well informed about his profession, and concerned about his patients. His office and support staff are well trained, very competent and courteous.

Eric Smith is one of the kindest people around. I grew up attending this practice and was never scared of the doctor because Dr. Smith made the experience to comfortable. I reccomend him to anyone!

I LOVE Dr. Smith! I have been going to him for 30 years (at least). He is thorough and right on every time. Oh yea, and really nice and easy to talk to.

I have been here twice and I've been happy with both visits. Lisa Girouard, PA is a true professional who takes a complete history and answers any questions you may have. The wait time was 20 minutes which around here is remarkable. I received a follow up call with the results of my tests and I also had the option of going online and reviewing the results and/or having them mailed to me. The second time was an emergency visit and I saw Rodolfo Yambao, PA. The wait time was longer but I understand as it was last minute. Received great care. I highly recommend them. My appointment was 1 hour and 15 minutes late. On the phone they asked me to arrive 45 minutes early to fill paperwork and verify my insurance coverage. This means I waited a TOTAL OF 2 HOURS in their waiting room. When I asked about this I was told there was nothing that could be done except reschedule me for another time. I sat there and watched people walk in, receive care, and walk out, all while I sat there sick and miserable (btw, I received a diagnosis of pneumonia, so you can bet I was miserable). I was sick and needed to see a doctor, so what choice did I have. The saving grace of this place is that once I saw my doctor, Rodolfo M. Yambao, PA-C, he was AWESOME. Very thorough and very caring. He even brought me lunch while I waited to get my chest x-ray. Rodolfo is the only reason this place gets 3 stars. My appointment was 1 hour and 15 minutes late.
