Dr. B is truly an expert in his craft and, more importantly, someone you can trust with your health. Noticeable effort is put into the little things, like clearly outlining treatments step by step, frequently checking for patient discomfort, recalling personal details from previous visits, and actively listening to any concerns or opinions the patient may have. These little things go a long way in creating a comfortable environment with complete transparency, trust, and no room for unpleasant surprises. The treatments themselves are minimally invasive and as pain-free as possible. I usually don’t feel anything during the fillings or even during the anesthetic shots! This was not the case, at all, with previous dentists. I still tense up and start sweating in anticipation of pain due to my past experiences with other dentists, but this habit has started to subside with each passing visit to West Beach. I’ve been a patient for about 4 years now. Really can’t say enough good things. You’ll feel at home here, and you’ll leave feeling better than when you came in. Incredible dentist and person! He made sure I was comfortable (which I usually never am at the dentist), explained everything in detail, and was empathetic and careful.

I don’t normally write reviews, but my experiences at West Beach Dental have been so overwhelmingly positive that I felt like I had to! I had pretty bad dental anxiety, but everyone at this office is so kind and caring that I never feel nervous before my appointments anymore. Dr. Bartolome always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and takes conservative approaches - he’s the exact opposite of those dentists who push everything on you. Dr. B is the Best dentist I have ever received care from, for regular check ups and pre-root canal work. Office Professionalism and staff are 10/10.

I went to Dr. B when he was part of another office in Playa Vista in 2012. He did a great job on my crown and any fillings I needed. I moved so I had to change dentists, and have been unhappy with any other crown work since.

Having not been to a dentist in a few years Dr Erick made it a good/positive experience. He took the time to both provide dental services but, more importantly, provided the contextual education. Think I finally found 'my dentist'!!

Dr. Erick is amazing. If I do say so myself. He makes you feel incredibly comfortable.

Great dentist, office staff is super nice. Dr. Erick is fantastic, I've had all my family and friends change to him, nice office and he's so gentle.

Both my daughter and I had cleanings and the hygienists were fantastic. They were especially gentle and caring with my daughter which I appreciated. The doctor was very kind and explained everything about my treatment. Excellent office staff as well. So happy to have found a great dentist for our family.

Simply the Best Dental Office in LA area.

Erick and his staff are kind, professional, thorough, and wonderful! Erick always explained exactly what he was doing, and why. They were super clear about what was and wasn't covered by insurance prior to the actual procedure, so I could make informed choices.
