Love!!! Dr. Robinson! Great and amazing Dr. and staff. Very friendly and very professional. I feel so comfortable in her office. She puts the care into her patients. There is no better dr!

Everything being written here about the long waits is true, but she is not busy delivering babies. Her staff covers up her negligence. It is known in the medical community that she has an addiction and no one has done anything about it. I am one of those people. I began seeing her in October 2019 for horrible pain. She was not recommended by anyone, her office just happens to be close to my home. I was seen that first day at 1:00 a.m. (so technically the next day). Despite the wait and being told by all the others patients that were there, that this was normal, the exam was thorough and I was relieved I was going to find out what was wrong with me. For the next several months, I had appointments, but never saw her. Sometimes the appointment was cancelled after I had been waiting for several hours. The idea of starting over with a new doctor kept me coming back. Eventually my surgery was scheduled (January 2020) and I was told I absolutely, positively HAD TO be seen by her the day before the surgery for a last minute exam. I showed up to her office…she canceled, again! The next day I was obviously nervous about my surgery and also had to make arrangements for someone to stay with my son. She showed up to the hospital two hours late! I was totally prepped to be wheeled into the OR. When she came into my room she didn’t know my name or why I was there or why she was there!!! Her speech was slurred and her eyes were dilated and unfocused!! I was terrified! Luckily my mother was there and went to inform the nurses. The nurses had noticed and notified administrators, they were on there way down. Needless to say I was not going to allow her to cut me open. Del Sol administration made excuses saying she was hungry. She could have killed me and all they say is she was hungry, but the panic on all their faces told me they knew the truth and weren’t even surprised. The gynecologist I saw next confirmed my suspicions. Everyone knows she shouldn’t be seeing patients, but no one says or does anything. If appt is at 430pm expect to be there till 3am so pack lunch and water and a pillow really! robinson is forgetful tired and the assistant is the one who has to remind her of case!! She did a procedure (no babies just a simple issue) and cut me which hurt like hell!!! She checked on next appt she stated there was a cut but she didnt do it! Then who!! Long waits? YES!! Very well worth it. My sister was brought into the world by her after other doctors recommended an abortion. I was seeing another Dr. before moving back to El Paso and I was told I was doing just fine. Moved to El Paso and made an appointment with Dr. Robinson because of my faith in her abilities. She tested me and found I had endometriosis, PCOS and a few other conditions that my previous doctor had not detected. Sometimes I left the clinic at 1AM but my life is worth the wait. Worst mistake :( I waisted my time. Appointment was at 2:45 got there at 2:30 left at 10pm. When she attended me she was very rude. I understand it was late already and she was tired but so was I. This office has no consideration for your time. I really wish I would have read some of the reviews before I made an appt and missed work. The wait is horrible and everyone in the waiting room was telling me they have waited more than 5 hours I ended up waiting an hour after my appt time and had to leave without being seen because I had to be at another appt. Wonderful Dr. but extremely abusive waiting times the staff will schedule you at 1 pm you will have to wait around for Dr. Robinson for over 7+ hours On not only one but multiple occasions. I on numerous occurrences had to arrange transportation for my Mother who lives in El Paso and I live in Upstate NY. I had to multiple times arrange a car to transport my Mom home after she had to wait for Dr. Robinson to casually come in 8 hours late to the appointment to the office sitting across the street from Del Sol Hospital. To see her for about 10 minutes and release her to only schedule her two weeks for a follow up to later to do the same thing and keep her waiting another 7 hours two weeks later. She is possibly the best Doctor I have been to. very thorough when evaluating, listens and addresses any concern you might have and takes the time needed with every one of her patients. She is worth every minute of the wait.

Only reason I gave 2 stars is front office staff is great, the nurse that works with her is great too. She is a really nice lady takes her time with you explains everything and is really good at catching things. BUT THE WAIT IS HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! BE PREPARED TO STAY EVERY VISIT 6 HOURS OR MORE! My appt was at 4pm left at 10pm. People were still there heard others have left at midnight or 1am. So if you don't mind waiting for her there you go you will. The wait is long but I wouldn't trust anyone else. Dr Robinson does what is best for her patients.

Long wait? Yes. They were nice enough to let go eat and call us when it was ok to come back. She was very concerned about my well being and took my limited insurance in consideration. Would recommend.

In Aug - Sept, 2015 my experience with Dr. Robinson as my Obstetrician during the later stages of my pregnancy was "exceptional" i always left with confidence & no care at all as the attention i received was so undivided. she handled me as if i was her only patient. Never in a hurry to get me out of her "office" which is as friendly as can be.her staff were so friendly. As a Nigerian who knew no body in El-Paso, that accommodating disposition was so reassuring. i'll surely be back by Oct. 2018.

Unfortunately I was having an ectopic pregnancy. After waiting 5 hours for her to come, Dr. Robinson came to the ER where I was and was about to do an ultrasound and all of a sudden said, I don't want to do this, call someone else. Then she left.

After 18 hrs of labor i had my son safe and healthy! And now im pregnant. Again with my second baby and back with her!

Did not take her time to talk to me about the procedure she was going to perform. Would not answer any of my questions. I had complications later , Dr stated was not from the procedure. This is the worst Doctors Office I have ever been to. My first appointment was scheduled at 3pm so I was there 15 minutes early. I left that office at 9:45 pm that night!!! I was tired, hungry, sleepy, upset and after waiting for 7 hours to see the doctor, she was only there for a short while and did not give me time to ask her any questions regarding my health or my procedure. Dr. Robinson always spends about 45 minutes to an hour with each patient. If she gets behind it is because she is giving you 100 percent of her total attention and care. It is a busy practice and she takes care of everyone's problems. You will leave the office knowing that your health concerns were all addressed.
