Dr. Little was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I strongly suggest finding a different podiatrist for your care.

I no longer call myself a pt. (former), more of a victim. I needed surgery. I have other conditions, I expressed concerns about anesthesia; he changed his tune; raised his voice, questioned me harshly and walked out. He came back, yelled at me and refused to do the surgery. I wouldn't let him after that, anyway. After he left the room his staff said they didn't know why he did that, and they knew of no reason he couldn't work with me around my concerns. He still billed my insurance for services not done. I filed complaints and he chose to lie about me, said I wanted surgery a “certain way” and I "did not understand". He really should've looked at my records. I've been in healthcare for years, I do understand things; ex.patient rights. He was still paid for his pleasure of belittling me. I know there are times we'll disagree with our Dr's and vice versa, but there's a way to deal; yelling at and belittling..NO! As for my records, I got them and they were incomplete and full of mistakes.

He is one of the best doctors I have every had. He is knowledgeable and experienced and a great surgeon. Without him I would not be walking. I highly recommend him.

My wife had foot surgery in 2018 Mr. Little did a horrible job. After almost 3 years she still had pain and swelling.She recently saw a REAL doctor and he was able to fix ALL the mistakes Little made.She is now doing much better.

This doctor totally ruined my big toe! When I went to him it was detached from the bottom. He said it was ingrown. I told him I don't get ingrown nails because I had surgery in high school that only allows both my big toe nails to grow only to the side edge. He said it had to be removed right away. It took a long time to grow back. When it did it was thick, Discolored, and very crooked! He does terrible work. This doctor totally ruined my big toe! The staff is great. The doctor, in my opinion is a barbarian.

Dr. Little could not determine the cause of my foot pain so recommended 4 different surgical procedures at the same time to encompass possibilities. My pain is now 10 times worse, ruined my life.

Dr. Little ruined my life. I trusted his judgement but after surgery my foot pain is 10 times worse. He was looking for someone to try a new toe fusion system on and talked me into it even though there was not much reason to do it. He actually performed 4 different procedures leaving me with two horrible scars each over three inches long. The pain I was hoping to get relief from is still there with now the added pain from the fusion. He should not be allowed to continue practicing. Do NOT trust.
