This is a very caring Dr who explains everything and makes you feel like he cares you aren't just another medical record number. I am no special person but the fact he took time to explain what was happening and was respectful, professional and also a sense of humor is rare to find these days. very good doctor highly recommended felt i was in good hands with him

If you are looking for a competent Doctor to entrust your life to, please do NOT choose Doctor Toy. Not to diminish his knowledge of surgery and standard chemo options, he is not the compassionate human being that will stick by you during the most crucial point in your life. When your numbers rise and your failing health starts to surpass his treatment ideas, he gives up. He has missed appointments, missed phone calls and NO knowledge of clinical trials. In the end, he simple is ABSENT!

Dr Toy may be a caring person but he is not a very good doctor. I changed physicians and didn't realize all his deficiencies until after I changed. He does not perform comprehensive examinations. He was not ever familiar with my case even though I have been a patient of his for ovarian cancer treatment since 2014. His office staff was incompetent and rarely returned my phone calls. I struggled with side effects of the treatments and was ignored by him and his office. I would not recommend him.

I had an appointment with Dr Toy on 1/23/18 . He is very knowledgeable and his bed side manor is great ! The receptionist and nurse were friendly and helpful !
