Great experience at Dr. Herbosa's office. His staff was extremely helpful both over the phone and when I was in the office for my appointment. I called his staff at least 3 times before my appointment filled with anxiety asking many questions about anesthesia, etc. They were so nice. And on the day of my appointment, his assistant was extremely helpful and comforting. Dr. Herbosa was quiet but did a great job and got the tooth extraction done extremely quickly. It healed very nicely. I definitely recommend this practice.

Professional, kind, efficient desk staff. Doctors and Assistants are friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Herbosa is an excellent doctor. I got 3 wisdom teeth removed. I’m still recovering and developed dry socket but the entire staff has been very helpful. They talked me through what was going to happen and he’s been there every step of the way. It’s taking a long time for me to heal but when I call them about my pain or concerns they get me in right away. Great team and I’ll recommend anyone to Dr. Herbosa. I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Herbosa took time to calm my anxiety and make sure I was comfortable before beginning any procedures. I wish he could be my general dentist. I will be going back for any future issues I may have. I HIGHLY recommend this practice especially if you have any type of anxiety over dental procedures!

I was highly impressed by Dr Herbosa and his bedside manners. He was polite, thorough, informative and took his time to answer questions. I would highly recommend him in the future. Wish more Doctors were like him.

My mother went to this surgeon at the recommendation of her dentist. He had identified a suspicious spot on her tongue for potential biopsy. Dr. Herbosa saw her and offered to biopsy it right away. He told her he did not take medicare or her supplemental insurance and that it would cost her $4000 for the biopsy. He told her that this would be the best thing to do. My mother is 87 years old, but had the wherewithal thankfully to say "no thank you." I think this is terrible business and bad medicine. Beware. everyone from the time I walked in was very helpful and of course Dr. Herbosa was great made me feel at ease

Everything went smoothly from the time my appointment was made till the day of surgery. Dr Herbosa explained what he was going to and what would happened after surgery. The office was friendly . I had surgery on a Friday Dr Herbosa himself called me on Sunday to see how I was feeling.

I am the third family member to have wisdom teeth removed by Dr Herbosa. He was referred by my dentist, and friend, Dr David Greaves. He and his staff are courteous, professional and on time. I was prepared for the worst, but thankfully, I have no pain postop . Dr Herbosa also called me at home personally the next day to check on me. Completely unexpected but very much appreciated. He did NOT listen to me, nor asked ANY single question about my ailments. I refused to be treated this way !!!!! In a movement dr. NO me escuchó, ni hizo NI UNA sola pregunta sobre mis dolencias. Me negué de ser atendida de esta forma!!!!! En un movimiento dr. acerca su mano a mi boca y empieza mover MI diente con palabras, " Ya ve!!! Se le va a caer! De una vez hay que extraerle, no le sirve de todas formas!" Todo esto está pasando en LA PUERTA de SU consultorio, casi en el pasillo. En mi segunda negación de ser atendida de esta forma (el diálogo duro a lo mejor 4 minutos!!!! Con la insistencia de extracción !), con suaves movimientos me dirigieron a la salida, y tuve que insistir enérgicamente para que me devolvieron mis RX , que yo traje a la consulta y la cual NO LA RECIBÍ. I have so many positive things to say about Dr herbosa, and his staff at the Tesson Ferry location.i had 2 molars extracted. one of which was he wanted to be sure i was as confortable as poasible while i was there, his staff was very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Dr herbosa was gentle, and answered anything i asked. I have bad anxiety with dentists and this guy rocks! I will go back to him if i need another extraction! Thanks for a pain free relaxing visit!

Dr. Herbosa is very friendly, warm and did a good job on my wisdom teeth extraction. But his staff was very unfriendly, rough, and not helpful. Overal,l I would not reccomend this place based on the staff that was assitied him. I left in pain, tears and confusing today and dreading coming back for my follow up.

Once I arrived at the office the staff were were polite and helpful but when it came to the Dr. Herbosa initially I knew he left a lot to be desired with poor chairside manners never asking me if I was in pain even though my pain was a 5 and had been in pain for over 4 days. I became nervous but was able to remain calm. Dr. Herbosa was very rough, heavy handed and insensitive. I would recommend this Dentist to my worst enemy!

Very professional, He explained the procedure very through before starting. I had 2 teeth extracted and implants put in six months later. His staff was very friendly and professional.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Herbosa and his Tesson Ferry staff. They are so compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. Each person was extremely welcoming, reassuring and willing to share information needed to make me feel comfortable in a situation (tooth extraction before implant) that could be so stressful. Everyone who works at the office seemed to know so much about dental practice. That's impressive. No one made me feel like my basic questions were bothersome.
