Waiting from a year, has a weird le for keeping mask ON, its so hard for a developmentally challenged child. Cancelled appointment 2 times now. This creates a bad insurance situation also.

She refused to see my autistic son because he removed his mask. He approached her and touched her shirt to which she replied, "come get your son." She suggested a tele-health visit to which I replied I didn't think that was fair for my son. She said well you are welcome to re-schedule. I told her it had taken well over a year to get the first visit. She was uncompassionate. Amazing that she is supposed to be the one caring for children. Then the office called my wife to tell them that we had missed the appointment. I bet they still bill the insurance and do nothing to help my son.
