Be aware of their bait and switch. In April 2019 I had an appointment for my annual wellness visit. With my insurance there is no out of pocket charge. When I checked out, there was no mention of a co-pay. They said I didn't owe anything. Now in 2021 I receive a bill for a $25 for an office visit! Mind you, no one goes past the receptionist without paying any co-pay. NOW they say "you talked to the PA (never saw Dr. Andrews) about something not associated with your wellness visit." which made it an office visit. I only answered the questions the PA asked me. Since I wasn't having any medical problems there wasn't anything to talk about. It appears the PA/nurse, doctor will ask questions, when answered, it becomes an office visit (illness)! Used to care for patients, their needs and concerns. Now nope, all they really want is the insurance money.

Never answer the phones! Been calling for a week and no one picks up.

Dr Andrews I've seen maybe twice in over going to her for 5 years. Her assistant doctors have been great. Her office staff really needs to be changed up. They're rude, think they know you more than you know you, called up there many times to find out about a medicine that was supposed to have been called in for me and never got results. Very unprofessional and rude staff. They are just sitting around talking about what problems they are having an anything else they can find to talk about. I was not feeling well at all got an appointment once I got into the room they left me for over an hour not to return I could just hear them laughing an talking outside the door but not once say was I ok I was feeling bad I stayed because I needed to see the Dr. But no one showed up I opened the door to the room walked past a lot of staff and walked right out the front door none said a word they just looked I will never visit this office again an it's sad because I really like this place but that was uncalled for.no one at the office ever even call to see why I left so I figured they didn't care I need to go to a doctor who cares about me Very unprofessional and rude staff. Took my Mother there for years and it was a horrible experience until I had enough. Never any results. I would make the first appointment in the morning and the Doctor was late all the time. For an entire year she would schedule my mother an appointment every 30 days until I got smart!

Dr. Andrews is a fine physician. The staff is deficient. Will not answer phone, no VM, no email, dinky patient portal. Must stop by to make appt. Must pay copay when signing in then wait for hours. I have walked out and just left the $20. Often send the wrong Rx to the wrong pharmacy. They wait months to file ins then gross-up the charges for services never provided. I have gone to Dr. Andrews for years! She is the best! She gives great advice plus she actually cares...

Took me in on a walk in and was in and out in an hour. Clean facility and nice staff/Dr.

I had an excellent experience as a new patient. All the staff was wonderful. I love this place. She did not rush. She addressed all my concerns. I will refer everyone to come here.

I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Andrews’ office! The staff was professional from the first phone call. The staff is personal and that puts you at ease. I REALLY appreciated how quick and painless my blood sample was taken. (I had to do give twice for additional testing and didn’t even mind...which is a big deal for ME LOL)

Disappointing experience, rude and unprofessional front desk staff. The office showed zero urgency or concern for a patient who discovered a lump in her breast. I received no follow-up calls, no next steps communication. When I called to get an update after 1 week, the receptionist was rude and stated 'I don't know anything about this and would need to call me back'. She said hold on, but just hung up on me. I called back but got another unhelpful person, who left me on hold for several minutes, I hung up. I have cancelled all future appointments for me and my family, we will not return. Dr. Andrews is the best doctor I’ve ever visited hands down!!! She takes her time and is very patient with you. She is genuine, patient, and down to earth, she also listens to every concern you have. I’m use to going to doctors who rush and talk over me, but she explains everything in great detail. I will never go to anyone else besides her!!! Best doctors office and very professional staff

I've been going to Dr. Andrews for 6years and I've never been disappointed. Very friendly and caring staff.

I just started see Dr.Andrews and her staff about a month ago. I like this doctor office they take their time and make sure your taken care of. She's very nice and honest and that only makes her a great doctor

Dose not respond well to pharmacy request for prescription refills. Almost always has to be called, sometimes twice. Difficult to get 90 day supply with enough refills for a year, even though been on same meds for YEARS. Tries to get extra office visits in when not needed.
