She's a good doctor but if I have an appointment at 9:30 am.. I shouldn't be waiting til 11 am for my appointment. Especially when there's hardly anyone there. I love her as an overall doctor. She's really been good to me. But I can't wait all day for me to just spend fifteen to twenty minutes with her. I don't even do that with my specialists. This slow service has been going on for quite too long and i have been giving it far too many chances for it to improve. You may have a wait time but it is worth it with Dr. Gray. Dr. Gray takes all the time you need with her and very cautious and checks for any problems. Very good to refer you to a specialist if necessary and those have always been the best also.

Its really great when I've tried for two months to get an appointment and that much longer to get my insulin filled and told repeatedly they'd fill it and filled nothing. Instead I end up in the ER with diabetic ketoacidosis because of their negligence so thank you. I appreciate being on the verge of death's door. She has been my doctor for more than 20 years. Always attentive, caring , and thorough

She is a great physician, takes the time to get to know her patients and their needs.

I absolutely love Dr. Gray, but her receptionists and staff, not so much. They called asking me if I was aware that I had a balance with them and when did I plan to pay for it, and so I replied that I was fully aware, but it wasn't due for another month according to my bill statement. Followed with an awkward, "That's fine." As if I was behind and they were doing me a favor by granting me an extension. Wait time is always at least an hour before you're seen, appointments or not, and more time than most, I am normally the only person in the lobby. For my most recent appointment, I was scheduled at 1:45 PM and it was 3:15 PM before I had to leave without being able to see anyone. This office makes me antsy from beginning to end, the only time that I have a good experience is when I'm with Dr. Gray, but because every visit is so unsatisfactory with the office, and it takes forever to see her even with an appointment, I try to minimize to only seeing her when I absolutely need to. Well check ups are always at least 8 months out before you're able to be seen, but if you're sick, they can get you in within 14 days. Your prescriptions doesn't get refill if you don't pop in yearly though. So I guess if you need a well check to affirm that you still have allergies, you want to book it a year in advance to make sure you don't run out of your medication. 3 STARS because Dr. Gray always go above and beyond, but she really deserve 5 if she had a better team. I wish I could give her 10 stars. She listens and I feel like when I see her, I am the only patient. Sometimes it is a long wait in the waiting room, but it is so worth it because you know she cares so much for her patients. I was going through a very tough time and lost my baby. My OBGYN said some issues I was having was normal, but I didnt think they were and I was scared. I called Dr Grays office to ask if they could check me out. The lady on the other end heard my voice and knew I was upset. They advised if it got worse to go to the ER but I really trusted them. She went ahead and ordered the necessary tests. She was very concerned and I saw in her face. She made me feel like she cared. All of her staff did. You can count on this place to get you in whenever you need. Unfortunately we never had the opportunity to meet Dr. Gray. Our experience with the office staff prompted us to cancel our initial appointments and establish care elsewhere. Would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been using Dr. Gray for almost 19 years. She's very caring and compassionate. She is patient when answering questions and explaining medical issues. She is thorough. She has found issues with me before they became problems. Great doctor. I highly recommend her.

Faith Gray has been my doctor for many years now. She cares about her patients and takes time with them. The staff is very courteous and friendly. When you have an emergency after hours you do hear back from her very quickly. She also gets to the bottom of your problem. I high recommend Faith Gray

Being a Chiropractor, I often speak to a lot of Medical Doctors regarding patients we have in common. I absolutely love Dr. Gray! She is the most thorough doctor I've ever been to. I appreciate her observation and diagnosis so much that I've recommended her to my grandmother. Her staff is friendly and approachable. I hate how long my visits are but you can't rush perfection.

I have been going to see Dr Gray for a few years now and I can honestly say she is the best Doctor I have ever had. She takes as much time as I need, she answers all of my questions and seems generally interested and concerned when I bring up some of my concerns. Dr Gray always take me day of or next day if I have some sort of illness or concern and I never feel like I am just a number there. Her office staff is always very courteous and kind. I called up in a panic due to some pain, where a specialist didnt seem concerned...but when your in pain you want a professional opinion. Dr Gray's office staff heard my concerns and seemed genuinely concerned with me. When you are feeling bad, that kind voice on the other line saying they are going to do everything they can to help you see the doctor was such a comfort. Dr Riley is the best I am constantly referring people to her practice, She dedicates her time to you so you don't feel rushed and she is extremely thorough. The staff and nurses are very kind and helpful. Best internist ever!!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Gray over 7 years now and she's most gracious with her time - willing to answer all my questions without rushing me and working with me to achieve the best care I can get. Due to her popularity and willingness to take time with ALL patients and fitting in emergencies when they arise I often have to wait but believe me it's worth the wait! Wish I could give negative stars for her. Went to her as an adult (18yo but still a dependent) to be checked for some chronic problems. One of the nurses violated HIPAA by calling an abusive family member of mine to gossip about my chronic problems. This resulted in further physical abuse for my medical "shortcomings." So thanks, Dr. Gray; really appreciate it! Maybe you and all your staff can go back to school again since you all obviously aren't at the point where you should be practicing medicine as you haven't even learned the most basic tenets present within the medical field. I can see why she came highly recommended to me. Doctor Gray truly cares about her patients. She does not make you feel rushed. She thoroughly explains what is going on with you and genuinely cares. I am glad she' s a doctor you can trust.
