Several years ago Dr. Lajam saved my life after an urgent Cardiac Catherization. At that time he reach the conclusion that a Stent procedure will be extremely risky and not the best solution to my condition. Immediately He find me a well know Heart Surgeon in N.Y. This doctor explained to me the need for a by-pass surgery(probably four). Promptly, after the surgery Dr.Lajam continued my treatment for CAD until the present time. He is an amazing doctor and an excellent person. He convinced me that I do not need to be afraid about heart disease. Dr.Lajam is extremely talented, resourceful and more important, compassionate. One of the best doctor I have ever meet. I highly recommend him.

Dr Lajam is the most busy doctor in the clinic and he still have time to hear his patients, he is kind respectful with everyone there, so even if you have to waiting for 1 hour, what isn’t the case, is worth, highly recommended.

Dr. Farah E Atallah-Lajam is a very capable professional of the most advanced knowledge in his specialty. Dr. Atallah-Lajam keep in touch with their patients in a personal care and compassionate. I give thanks God for him and for his family.

I highly recommend Dr Atallah-Lajam to all my family and friends. He is a great cardiologist and surgeon. His demeanor and knowledge defines him. Courteous and very thorough every time I come to see him. Though we recommend him please be wary of some of the office staff. I have been greatly disappointed at the Mount Sinai office staff. Front desk service is the worst I've ever seen at any doctor's office. Making an appointment feels like a gamble. Be prepared to wait on the phone and office line

I have already been on hold for 31 minutes and haven't spoken to a receptionist yet. Waiting to change an appointment, most likely they will have none by the time I get to speak to some one. Horrible.
