Amazing wax removal best one I’ve had yet! Dr Chowdhury was very clear and direct with how to keep my ears clean and used all the correct instruments to remove it all! Great experience

Everyone in the office, especially his medical assistant, was friendly and courteous. You always feel they appreciate you being there, not that you are lucky they saw you!

I was a first time patient and enjoyed the visit.

My experience with doctor is not that great. He was able to solve my problem but could not gain my trust. He is commercial and felt like called for multiple visits and wrote medication even when not necessary. I might not visit this doctor again for the above reasons.

Dr. Chowdhury was excellent with my 2 year old son… all the way before my sons scheduled ear surgery, and right up to it. He was not pushy on the surgery at all, and we even tried to delay it by using other methods first, but it turned out that surgery was the best option. I was very hesitant putting tubes in my sons ears, but DR. Chowdury reassured me that everything would be fine. Everything he said made sense, and I’m glad I went with it, because my son was experiencing a lot of infections and fluid. He is a great doctor, he listens, understands, shows empathy & has good bedside manners. My mom has also been seeing him for many years & likes him too

Dr Chowdhury nicely & clearly explained my issues as well as gave me a treatment plan for the next three months. He made sure I understood & agreed with his plan. Very nice & good Doctor. Office is super clean and nice!

I was very nervous at first because i lost my hearing in one ear from an infection. Dr. Chowdhury was excellent both in his assessment and treatment. I am very hopeful all will be well.

We visited ENT & Assoc on the recommendation of our daughter’s Speech Therapist, she is slightly speech delayed and we thought it may be linked to a hearing issue. Turns out her hearing is good but Dr. Chowdwhury was so attentive in helping us, he asked about her sleep patterns (which has been a problem since birth) we learned her poor sleep can have the same developmental issues and are now able to focus on the correct treatments. We are very thankful Dr. Chowdwury crossed our path.

The appointment was for my 6 year old who sustained and injury. Dr Chowdhury was great! He listened, was empathetic and responded in a way that was easy to understand. Our visit left me feeling very confident that my son was in good hands.

I just didn’t like the fact that my appointment was at 3:40pm and I had to wait in the waiting room for 50 mins before I was called in.

I was anxious prior to my visit. As soon as I arrived, and started interacting with the staff, I felt my anxiety disappearing. Everyone was professional and thoroughly explained everything to me. Dr. Chowdury was a great listener and made me feel that I was in good hands.

Dr. Chowdhury is very professional, understanding and caring. He advised me on how to control my sinuses and allergy symptoms. He was gentle in removing the wax build up out of my ears. I highly recommend Dr. Chowdhury.

Dr. Farhad R. Chowdhury come in to the office not only as a Doctor but as a Father. He has a very warm bedside manner which was greatly welcomed since we came in to check if our son had a tounge tie. Dr. Chowdhury was clear to explain the exact symptoms of a tounge tie and reassured us that our son does not show these symptoms. He was thorough in this examination while also giving us details through out. I would have to give Dr. Chowdhury and the office a 10 out 10 for there care with us, their kindness and just the way they treat their patients. Safe to say we found our long term ENT if ever we need one again

Dr. Chowdhury is beyomd awesome. Had a very bad unbareable throat pain and he gave me the correct medicine. I feel amazing only a couple hours after taking the medication.

Had a amazing experience, Dr chowdhury was amazing and helped me feel relieved and way better , never had to get ear drained before so was very nervous but je was amazing and I was in and out , thanks again for all your help

I took my daughter to see an ENT doctor for the first time, she was somewhat nervous. But Dr. Chowdhury made her feel comfortable and he was the best. We left the office happy with the treatment and options he recommended for us. I am so happy I was referred to them.

First time in my lifetime I met so dishonest doctor -Dr. Farhad R. Chowdhury at ENT. He added a procedure to my bill that he never provided. My appointment was on 12/16, by that time people as usually met their insurance deductibles. I consider this as an insurance fraud. But I have very high deductible insurance and I pay for all procedures by myself. Also, my husband was present on my appointment with doctor and he is a witness that I never had any procedures except regular visit for hearing. The procedure they bill me for, requires a separate an authorization from a patient which I never signed and was never offered to sign. Now they try to collect more than $300 for this insurance fraud. Patients, please be aware of such doctor Dr. Farhad R. Chowdhury at ENT in Old Bridge and always check what the doctor writes in the description of your appointment. He is not eager to perform on you at all! Easily the best thing about the doctor for those who would hold out on surgery unless the patient explicitly wanted it. He does not standardize every patient and performs unique personalized care to everyone. Will recommend to anyone who needs an ENT.

I have been trying to find an ENT that I can trust after the last one I found injured my son's ear cleaning it. Dr. Chowdhury came in and immediately made me and my son confortable. He asked questions and paid attention to details. He was extremely kind and explained his diagnosis and how he came to it. Then gave us instructions to take home how to deal with the issue all the while assuring us that he is there if we need him for anything. Staff were completely friendly, competent and attentive. I really like this office and will absolutely reccomend them to anyone.

Most miserable experience w obstinate, arrogant, obnoxious Dr. imaginable. Summary: Wait for nearly HR in waiting room. Another person w same 1st name goes in. (No-one checks last name) Then my name is FINALLY called so I go in through door & no one is there! No One. I stand there bewildered for a bit & finally see a staff member who I ask where I should go. She isn't sure so goes to find out. Turns out my privacy (HIPPA?) was violated & they told another patient my name/address, etc. & she LIED saying she was ME! Whoa!! Nurse comes in & tells me this. (I suggest they put a note re this on other person's chart). Minutes later, Dr. eventually shows up, "barely" glances at issue with light for mere seconds, says something about, and is "done". He's literally walking out of the room. I stop him to ask if I may ask 2 questions. He gives me MAJOR attitude & so I mention after waiting over an hour that I felt he should give me the time to answer my other questions. First he mumbles, "I don't know what happened there" when he confirms on his screen that I had a 2:40 pm appt, but instead of merely apologizing, when I tried to steer conversation back to my medical concerns, he interrupts & states arrogantly, argumentatively, and frankly, stupidly, (and this is verbatim) "it wasn't over an hour that you waited, first of all, I'm looking at the time-check. Your appt was at 2:40, I put you in at 2:30, I'm sorry at 3:30, so waited 40 minutes, it happens.." Thus, besides showing he’s terrible at BASIC math/bedside manner, he continued to behave unprofessionally and defensively. He then continues looking @ clock & my appt time & erroneously states time is 3:45 (it wasn't - it was 3:56 on his computer, so I was there over 1 ¼ hrs at this point) & then he is FULLY DISMISSIVE of my questions/concerns, which I'm still trying to politely ask. Despite my recognition of his erroneous time estimate, I replied I didn't want to waste time arguing about the time. The way he interrupted & said, "first of all" - like he was setting up a defensive argument in court, was off-putting, & unnecessary (why not just apologize for the wait & answer my questions/concerns?!!) and secondly, he didn't come INTO THE ROOM AT 3:30 - I waited quite a bit of time - even recording my own voice into my memo recorder that I was getting annoyed. And even by his own (faulty) estimate, it would be 50 minutes, not 40. He then CONTINUED to argue with me not just during the brief visit, but after I exited & very politely asked receptionist if I needed to check out, this man unprofessionally starts commenting about how I had no right to ask my questions & no right to be upset about waiting! So I asked him if he had to wait over an hour for a restaurant for which he had a reservation (even if 5-starred) would he be happy with waiting? And excruciatingly, and incredulously, he continues to argue!! I had enough abuse, so I turn to leave when staff INSISTS I speak to mgr, Melissa, which I didn't want to do. She corrals me into a back room & I express I need to leave quickly. Just then she gets called by staff to help w something, inexplicably leaving me to wait AGAIN. Ok. She returns fast but then keeps door closed with HER HAND on it - I felt like a prisoner. She then tells me how this Dr. is ALWAYS RESPECTFUL AND FULLY ANSWERS ALL QUESTIONS, ETC. AT WHICH POINT I STAY CALM BUT AM IRATE, because what she is stating could not be further from the truth!!! I couldn't tell if she believed her own inaccurate words. (So I explained to her & to other staff how I have "proof" of what occurred.) And that (probably to their great dismay) this was not a "he says - she says" type of thing. Insufficient characters to explain in this review, but the Dr. has no way to lie nor can he or his staff "misconstrue" anything said in the exam room. My privacy (HIPPA?) was indeed violated by this other person "cutting me in line" by impersonating me when staff gave other patient my personal info & only asked for yes/no confirmation.
