Dr. Zaidi was fabulous. He took time to talk to me and explain my diagnosis and options. He was kind and caring - sometimes hard to find in a doctor. I am very thankful to have found him!

First visit , very pleased. Preference to start diagnosis from "scratch" even though I had been to another rheumatologist in the past.

Dr. Zaidi is very kind and knowledgeable about RA and other immune system problems. Can administer infusions in his office and order some medication through specialty pharmacies.

Dr. Zaidi takes his time and answers all my questions and shows genuine concern. His staff was fantastic getting me help to qualify for an expensive medicine, they made the process easy and helped me every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Dr Zaidi is wonderful! Very helpful! His staff however is not...very very slow to call in prescriptions or send emails /faxes...never return calls...never answer the phone, always goes to voicemail. NOT helpful at all!

Awsome staff and Awsome doctor! Finally someone with compassion!

Dr Zaidi is a very smart person and he helped me get my meds and is really a pleasure to know him. All i have are good things to say about him and his staff! He is the best doctor.

Very caring doctor.

Dr Zaidi got right to the point with my condition (PMR) and fully explained the treatment process and the time it wold take. He took the time needed to ask questions about my history and to make sure I understood everything. Now, a month later I have no symptoms, (I could barely pick up my 28 lb dog) play golf almost daily and am tapering off the medication in a logical progression.

I started seeing Dr Zaidi when I moved to Spring Hill. I was seeing another Dr that was me with all the help with my RA. When I went to give him, he took blood work and immediately stated that I don't have RA just Osteoporosis. Fortunately we all now that ANA that is presented in all blood work only appears of you are highly inflamed with RA. I have been treated with this issue for many years with awful pain as a child. It is genetic in the family. The good thing we have is if we are not satisfied with a doctor we can always change.

My mom and I Waited a month to see this doctor. We traveled over an hour to see him. Confirmed the appointment 1 week before show up to the appointment for them to say they have been trying to reach us to cancel our appt because the doctor is out! We confirmed both my mom and my phone number which they had correct however no messages were left. They called my phone 1x left no message and never called my moms phone. Very inconsiderate!! Office showed no remorse. I took the day off from work for this visit. This office is a big joke!!! Office manager was nonchalant over this situation. I will not give this office a second try!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Zaidi for years. He answers your questions, explains treatment plan and gives you options. He's polite and caring. The staff is excellent and easy to get appointments if needed before your scheduled f/u. I am very happy with this office and the Doctor.

My husband just went to them for ongoing issues. Wasn't listened to and was told he was too young to have the problems hes been having. Don't reccomend if you want a doctor that actually cares.

Dr Mughni is a wonderful extremely knowledgeable rheumatologist. Office is very friendly and efficient.

Extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. Wonderful staff. Everyone is friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

He is extremely knowledgeable and I have complete confidence in him. He takes time to ask and answer questions I may have.

He never asked what medication I was taking. He never did a strength test, no x rays, no blood work. All he said was take whatever your previous doctor gave you and come back in 3 months. Really, I don't think so

Just took my wife to see Dr. Zaidi and was I ever impressed. I very highly recommend this Doctor. I can't even put it in to words how I feel.

Compassionate, knowledgable, and genuinely cares about his patients. Listens to his patients and is open to helping them get the treatment that would work best for them. Explains things in terms a patient can understand.

Dr. Zaidi is extremely friendly and listened to everything I said. In the end he diagnosed me with what I thought I had. It was reassuring. The office staff is very friendly too! I would pay out of pocket entirely if needed to see this dr.

I've had wonderful Dr Zaidi as my Rhemotologist for about 9 years. He's patient, kind, and genuinely cares about his patients. The fact that he puts up with my no nonsense attitude is a true testament to that. His supporting staff is also exceptional!

I was first diagnosed with RA in the late 90’s and luckily for me I found the most caring doctor. Dr. Zaidi has been phenomenal with his care. I was in remission and because of stress, it came back full blast. Arlene got me in immediately. Dr. Zaidi got me back on track. He took look at me and he knew something was wrong from our many years of interaction. He has called to find out how I am doing. To me, he has always gone above and beyond.

I would not even rate this Dr. or his office one star. My husband drove all the way down there only to find out they do not take his Blue Cross Medicare Insurance after being told they did when I made his appointment. Unbelievable what this country is coming to when the so called doctors pick and choose the Insurance they will accept. It's Medicare for Heavens sake. My husband and I have worked hard all our lives only to find out once you retire you might as well hang it up. However, if we had 10 kids and no money, they welcome you with open arms. I am beyond livid with the way the Insurance companies and Doctors are anymore. There really are no more words left. My husband and I retired after 30 years of Law Enforcement and after having 3 back surgeries and constant pain from degenerative arthritis, I am so sorry for him that he cannot even get into a doctor because of this Insurance mess. They and the doctors should be ashamed of themselves. I would not even rate this Dr. or his office one star. Been going for over 10 years I love the staff,nurses,and Dr Zaidi

Dr Zaidi is the best developed RA on ankles, Knee , put me on Methotrexate good as new also had a nagging wrist pain he increase the dosage playing golf again pain free!

Amazing Dr!! Super compassionate which is rare these days. He actually cares, he isn’t in the field to be money hungry. If you are looking for an excellent rheumatologist look no further.

Dr. Zaidi is a caring, thoughtful and well-informed rheumatologist. He never seems to be in a hurry and takes his time. Gives you a thorough examination and listens to your history, needs, etc. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have found doctor Zaidi to be very knowledgeable, very kind and will answer any questions that i have in an honest and informed way. At age 74, I have seen many doctors over my lifetime and I would place him among my top choices. Also has a very helpful, friendly and accessible staff that will go way out of their way to help.

Dr. Zaidi did not meet my needs, he was unsure of himself and became nervous when I tried to address all of my health issues. Not very helpful.
