If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is the MOST unprofessional doctors office I have ever visited. I went to the pharmacy to get a refill, they informed me that our insurance was no longer active, and the medicine would be $900. So I gave the office a call on Saturday, and after a very long wait on someone to speak to, I asked to speak to Dr. Ali, and still was directed to a different person who they said could help. I spoke to this doctor and informed him of our situation, and asked what he would advise us to do, or if there was a cheaper alternative that he would be able to prescribe, and he proceeded to tell me that he "wasn't gonna do anything about it". As i asked to speak to someone else, he started to speak in a very unprofessional, and disrespectful way, just right before he hung up on me. I called back to confirm my fathers appointment, and the nurse informed me that we were no longer patients of theirs, and that i should find somewhere else to go. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER!!

Dr Ali and his staff are all informative and caring. Also just had a heart echo done and Russell is great. Talks you thru all he is doing and makes you very comfortable and relaxed.

Was very polite and kind. Listen to my questions and explained everything very well. My blood pressure was very high and he was deeply concerned. He would not let me go home until my blood pressure was back to normal. It’s nice to know there are still doctors out there that truly care.

Excellent communication and listening skills Friendly and very professional Gives medical advice while also allowing the patient to participate in their plan of care. Instructions regarding care are fully explained and questions answered in detail. A very good doctor which I highly recommend.

Dr.Ali is amazing! He took great care of my family member! The staff was awesome in the office, cath lab and the nurses!
