I'm responding to the ed scordato rant on this page. So, Ed, you asked about ...'medicare advantage and they said fine.' That never happened, you are making it up because you were not paying attention. The office has an 'incompetent staff.' Also never happens. The same staff, including two nurses, have been with Dr Frey for many years....zero turnover. It is obvious the nurses and Dr Frey are doing something right. Dr. Frey was excellent to see - she has a patient in me and for my daughter for life! She seems like a very intelligent physician and her bedside manner was amazing. She connected with my daughter (a new patient) so well, she seemed genuinely interested in getting to know her better and educated her on her condition. Dr. Frey is an excellent doctor and I was a patient for several years I did not see her again for a few years due in large measure to the pandemic I tried to return this week and had an awful experience with her staff I told them I had Medicare advantage and they said fine and booked an appointment for me However, when I got there they told me that she does not except United healthcare Medicare advantage Needless to say, this was a big disappointment and very frustrating I believe the staff is an extension of the doctor, so they need to pay more attention to the quality of the service provided to a patient I left a message for Dr. Frey but never got a return call, but it could be that her incompetent staff never gave her the message I am sharing this so other patients are not treated unfairly Dr. Frey is an excellent doctor and I was a patient for several years I did not see her again for a few years due in large measure to the pandemic I tried to return this week and had an awful experience with her staff … More

Thorough and caring.

Accredited Dermatologist extraordinaire. Quick wait time, succinct diagnosis, and a very honest practitioner. Addressed my concerns, answered my questions, it seemed that services need not be rendered Dr. Frey rendered them anyway, after my decision to proceed, giving me peace of mind. While Dermatology is another1of those medical professions, Dr Frey will demonstrate a favorable out come and is conveniently located in this area of Rockland Co. NY. Care Credit not accepted but easy payment 2.

Caring, honest, professional - just a few words to state why I continue to use Dr. Frey for any dermatolgy need of mine over the years. Highly recommend using Dr Frey as you leave the office feeling confident and knowing you have not been given any false information. Thank you Dr. Frey !

This doctor is negligent. And dangerous. I brought medical information for her to treat me and she never looked at it one time! She actually told me that my skin condition was MY FAULT without any blood work or prior treatments. wish I had read all prior reviews before I made my appointment. She actually gave me a post it note with lab work she thought I should do That was after she had been given my medical history and information verbally and physically. RUN!!
