Last review is 100% correct. Supposed to have had a comprehensive testing / eval done over the course of three appts at one hour each. Never received a write up with the dr’s diagnosis; conflicting and limited information provided to the school in order to develop an IEP plan. Practice of talking about the kids and their issues in front of them instead of having them in a separate room. The nurse was extremely rude; told me she told my child he “better be good” and man-handled him to get a DNA sample that we later learned could have been obtained while he slept instead of holding him down. Lastly, refused to see my for a follow up appt because my son was not present bc they wouldn’t be able to bill my insurance properly without him there; despite serious reasons he couldn’t be present and much concern over his progress after starting a new medication. I’m filing a dispute with my insurance company so they don’t get paid for services not provided. Would NOT waste your time.

They will continue to have you running around in circles Want you to constantly make appointments to tell you absolutely nothing. They just want the insurance money. Noone in the office cares and noone returm calls or stays on top of paper work like they should. Noone has any answers. They just make you book appointments for no reason.

Dr Knowles is wonderful with my son! She is very nice, and makes sure that you understand his treatment. I would recommend her highly!
