Visit with Dr was fine it's the staff that is awful the nurses could care less. You would need to visit every time you need A refill. the records are not kept at all. was supposed to have 6 months refills on all meds and was never sent to pharmacy. The staff has been very rude and nasty claiming that nothing can be done for refills. They even hung up on me and talked to me like I am A idiot. No good save yourself the headache. Just changed my pc to this DR and now will have to change again. The only way DR can be contacted about this matter is if you go in person.

Dr Magno has been my Medical doctor for the past ten years. I highly recommend Dr Magno for his high medical knowledge , and empathy he has for his patients. He has patience, and listens to his patients concerns. He also has a high caring attitude towards his patients. Dr Magno also follows through with his prescription refills and has high medical standards to make the patient feel better.

He is really good. I’m lucky.

Dr. Magno came to make sure my stay at the Hospital was a Good Experience, checked on my condition, and Medicines were correct, with caring Doctors like him, helped me put the things on my at ease, and concentrate on getting Better... Thank You Dr. Magno, and The San Benito Medical Center.
