Awful, find a caring medical professional.

I wouldn’t take my dog too see this doctor! I originally see Dr. Deffler at the Center City office, but she was booked so they scheduled me to come to the Old York Rd offfice and see Dr. yildiz. She’s very rude and unprofessional! The moment she walked in the exam room she judged me (yes I was able too tell by the way she looked at me and began asking random questions) she first asked if I’m able to see her and if I selected her as a PCP. She’s than like “well because you know ‘certain’ insurances only lets you go certain offices.” That was code for: because I’m Muslim and Bi-racial I probably have Medicaid insurance. I informed her that I have personal choice and the front desk didn’t mention anything was wrong when they checked me in! She spent 7 minutes asking me about my insurance and so I suggested she goes to the front desk and ask them. Than she ask if I plan on making her my PCP… I told her it all depends on how this visit goes! (FYI she definitely won’t be my PCP!) and after all that she didn’t help me. She only perscribed me medication! I asked her if maybe I would need an X-ray or to check my urine for UTI she said none of that was necessary. She was basically brushing me off! And she had the nerve because the ENTIRE OFFICE WAS DIRTY!! The outside of the building is FILTHY!! Parking lot FILTHY!! And anyone who’s been too this location knows I’m not lying!! NEVER AGAIN!
