I didn’t feel heard or understood. Florie was dismissive. And had inappropriate, slightly rude reactions to my answers for the questionnaire.

I was seeing Dr Patel and he ended up leaving the practice, I haven’t been to the doctor in a while so he was making sure I was getting everything checked out and still had some more upcoming issues that he wanted me to check up on unfortunately he left the practice and I went with Dr Florie she was absolutely rude and did not care about anything that I had going on I told her about my leg pain I’ve been having for years and she sarcastically said oh like everybody else mmmm then continued and said I had a lot of complaints as if a was a child and didn’t even bother cleaning out my ears after I requested when she said I had liquid in one of them also she made me feel very uncomfortable didn’t bother in listening pretty much brushed away my issues like I was making them up when my chart clearly had a lot of information she didn’t bother looking at my chart very unprofessional I will not be continuing with her

Dr. Gonsch is an amazing physician. And, yes, I mean PHYSICIAN because she is not some mid level wannabe. She went through the blood, sweat, and tears of Medical School and didn’t take the easy route like NPs and PAs. Dr. Gonsch has been awarded TOP doctor for three years now and top doctor she is. If you don’t have Dr. Gonsch as your PCP then your cerebella-parietal and frontal must be damaged.

This doctor is very condescending and does not listen to the needs of her patients. She recently downplayed my lingering COVID symptoms as nothing and did not refer me to any pulmonary and heart doctors after a hospitalization. I still have breathing problems which interfere with my job and feel like as a doctor she doesn't care. Please do not choose her as a primary or any kind of doctor you need, because she is the worse. I will be making a formal complaint to the hospital and hope she is guilty of malpractice. No patient should feel that their doctor is not an advocate for their health especially after going thru COVID and a hospitalization because of it.
