The worse office staff I have ever encountered!! The two woman who sit in the front office are horrible. Uneducated, miserable and unprofessional!!!! Stay away from this office!! Doctor Philip is amazing but it's not worth the aggravation!!!

Dr. Phillips is a wonderful pediatrician, a smart man and a great human being. When looking for a pediatrician for my unborn child, I interviewed several and felt very comfortable with him. The office decor was pleasant and colorful, the office staff was attentive and knowledgeable, and Dr. Phillips himself was both intelligent and easy to talk to. And his loud, colorful tie won me over!!! Through the years, we have agreed and disagreed on some things (very few disagreements, if any!), but the one thing that I absolutely love is the fact that although he is warm and fun, he cares about the child and the parent and backs up everything with science. Dr. Phillips has been my Children’s pediatrician for 2 years now. He takes care of both my children! Let’s just say, I never want him to retire! His calling hours are the best, and he is always there to answer any question i have, no matter how tiny it might be. He is reassuring and has the best bedside manner. He’s amazing with both my children. He’s professional, reasonable and knowledgeable.

Dr. Phillips has cared for all 4 of my children (infancy to teenager). He has been great with all of them, including a special needs child. He both answers ANY questions I have and my kids have. He is very adamant about keeping kids safe and healthy but also kind in tone. If you get to know him, he has a sarcastic side, but would never be hurtful with it. He respects my opinion as a parent. He answers the phone himself during his morning calling hours. He's always willing to help over the phone or squeeze any need into his office visit schedule. His office is never over busy. It is very clean & no germ sharing. He has visited ALL of my kids as newborns in the New Britain hospital and made other hospital visits for my kids if they got sick. Rude and unprofessional doctor.

Dr. Phillips is an amazing provider. He dedicates so much individual time to my children & his bedside manner incredible. We couldn't be happier with his care & expertise.

So unfortunately our daughter ended up getting vaccinated twice for the same thing that she didn’t need to due to the negligence of this doctors office not only never sending over her paperwork to her new pediatrician but also not writing down all her vaccines in her booklet the last visit. They wrote down half of the things for her visit and not the vaccinations that she got which in turn the new pediatrician couldn’t do their job correctly. When I called about the release of my daughters medical paperwork which I signed a release for a month prior all I received was snarky comments from the receptionists. Please for the love of god do not bring your children here, this was a very eye opening and scary experience all due to either pure laziness or negligence, which is just absurd when regarding any child’s well being. The doctor over all was great, we just choose a new pediatrician because we didn’t want to do the flu shot until our lo got a little bigger and dr Phillips won’t take patients who don’t vaccinate for the flu, which is ok, but what followed with the negligence on the paperwork I can’t overlook whether it was the actual doctor or receptionist that did this I can’t say for sure, but whoever did should get reprimanded. I will start this by saying that Dr. Phillips is not my doctors pediatrician (THANK GOODNESS) but I had the unfortunate experience of him being the on-call physician for my daughters pediatrician. Based on other reviews, it’s clear that he is strongly pro flu vaccine. Understood, that’s what the textbooks he spent time and money studying all read. However, to tell the mother of a child with a 103.5° fever “Congratulations, you didn’t get her the flu shot, now she probably has the flu.” is condescending, insensitive, and unprofessional. Whilst it’s a valid question to ask given her symptoms, what followed was not only unnerving, but unnecessary given he knew nothing but her name and date of birth at the time of this phone call. I’ve never spoken to a doctor let alone a PEDIATRICIAN so opinionated with such a poor demeanor before. I’ll be posting my experience on all applicable platforms in hopes of informing other parents of this brief, but unfortunate encounter. I must say that this experience has made me appreciate the pediatrician of my 3 kids MUCH more now. If you are a parent with any education, beliefs, or feelings of your own, stay far away. Great doctor my son likes him.

I love him and my kids love him very kind with the kids makes them feel at ease when there nervios will deff recomend

he is sweeties doctor BUT HIS STAFF IS THE RUDEST PEOPLE .THEh LOVE TO HANG UP the PHONE ON YOUR FACE. Treat You like an animal never seen medical staff that rude bad stafff specially the one calls your child to the room for prep

Keep your children away from this man. He should be reported to the board. It is his way or high way. Does not listen about the conserns you try to explain. Unbelievably rude person. I regret the day I met him. I truly never met person like this so called “doctor”

Always had a good interaction with Dr. Foster. My kids are comfortable going there over the last several years. He listens well and answers deep questions with confidence.

I transferred my boy's to Dr Phillips office met him myself he is a sweet kind man but his staff Mari is very unprofessional she needs a course on behavior manner's. She scheduled my boys appt for Sept 7th and call's me on the 5 to tell me I missed my appt so I tell her that I have an appt for the 7 so she says ok. So today is Sept 7 called to tell her that I would not be able to make it due to a fam emergency she becomes very rude and disrespectful I asked to speak to the Dr she truly hangs up

Great doctor. Has a great sense of humor, and my kids love him. I recommend this pediatrician to anyone looking for a great care for their kids.

Worst office staff I've ever encountered! Called to make an appt for my newborn and received answers like 'uhh I know that...I work here.' and then was passed to the next person who answered immediately with an attitude. On top of that they weren't even willing to give a first newborn appt in the correct timeframe recommended by the hospital. Unfortunate that his office staff with extremely rude attitudes will drive away new patients. Happy to have not gone with his practice.

Great doctor but the receptionists/nurses are horrible they are so rude constantly have an attitude and are very sarcastic and disrespectful!!!!

We love Dr Foster. He's always been great with our son. We were sad to leave his practice when we moved out of state.

Both my children have gone to Dr P. since the day they were born. He is an amazing Pedi. Caring, frank & listens to all our concerns. His calling hour in the morning is such a great thing. When I was a new parent & even after my daughter was born I called with a quick question & he was always willing to answer over the phone & talk me down from my New mom Ledge. He is also fantastic with follow up phone calls. He never leaves you guessing. I wish I could go to him for my own care!

Dr Phillips is one of the best most caring physicians around. He is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. When it came time to interview pediatricians, he took the time to meet with my husband and myself. He has a call-in hour each morning that is extremely helpful to new parents. He takes time during each appointment and you are not rushed through your time with him. His staff is caring, helpful and very pleasant.

My children have been going to Dr. Phillips their whole lives and they are now teenagers. He is knowledgeable, kind, always accessible and so funny. The kids love going to see him. Highly recommend!

Him and his staff are rudest people not professional some staff members love hang up phone on your face while your trying to explain yorself all the suddenly you herar is dial tone

This was a great experience for my children! It was a friendly and welcoming office with informed and efficient staff. The doctor spent time with my children and we didn't feel like just another number. The ladies at the office are patient and understanding especially with apprehensive children. I am very pleased with this facility and only wish my children could continue through college!!

Doctor himself isn't that bad but his staff is absolutely HORRIBLE. I called them requesting my immunization record information because I had lost my copy of my health records and they nagged me and behaved immaturely saying this is not how this works instead of just giving me the date for a certain vaccination. Incredibly unprofessional receptionist. I recommend you find another doctor instead, the people working at Dr. Phillips' office are the worst I have ever encountered.

Poor doctor. On our 3rd child, he missed all the signs and symptoms of a condition she was born with, and nearly died from his stubborness and unwillingness to listen to our concerns. Then, after 9 months of both oral and written requests, as well as complaints to the department of health, he STILL was too lazy and unconcerned enough to forward our child's medical records to their new, and far better doctor. I'd keep away for your children's own good. If someone can't keep paperwork straight, or respond to requests from the department of health...how can they care for children? Lack of concern, lack of caring, and lack of empathy from this "doctor". Poor doctor.
