I have visited the offices in EHT and Manahawkin. Very professional and courteous customer service. I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Tjoumakaris. He is thorough and takes time to explain my options for care. Extremely pleased with each person who attended to me.

Very nice office. Everyone was patient and caring. Dr. Tj took his time with me and explained everything.

He takes his time with you. Lets you ask your questions shows you your x-rays and explains what’s happening. Great bedside manner, love him, will always recommend him.

My experience with Dr. TJ was wonderful! I didn’t have to wait for him to come into the exam room. He explained my MRI results and what my treatment options were, answering all my questions completely. He has a great personality, I’m so happy to have chosen him for my doctor. Rothman is so convenient for me to go to, it’s also very well run by the friendliest employees who are excellent at scheduling their appointments. Thank you Dr. TJ and Rothman!

Explained my knee condition and how to remedy it. Showed and described my MRI. Provided PT upon my request prior to any procedure. Follow up exam was thorough and explained I didn’t need surgery unless it becomes worse. Visits were not rushed and wait time was reasonable. I also like getting appt reminder and check in via text. I would recommend Dr TJ.

Thorough and positive attitude. Dr TJ explains everything beforehand and as he is administering the treatment. He gives non surgical as well as surgical options.

Initially, I thought Dr. TJ was awesome. He did my knee arthroscopy surgery which include draining the Bakers Cyst and was great including his assistant. About 5mpo I twisted my knee on the beach and made both aware and they continued to treat me exclusive of an updated MRI. They both told me it was normal for what I had been experiencing. Now moving forward there was no change after multiple shots in my knee and draining of the Bakers Cyst which returned on the back of my knee. I started with another Ortho Dr. Z only to find that I had injured the meniscus again and it was torn in several places. Now all that to say I should have changed or sought a second opinion sooner than I did. So the 3 stars 1 for the Dr. and 2 for his assistant.

Truly a patient’s doctor. Not only explains in lay terms but cares and is very giving of his time.

Dr TJ was a breath of fresh air. He was compassionate, thorough, and gave me enough time for all questions and concerns. I was pleasantly surprised and felt really pleased after my visit with him. I was treated for a broken arm.

Dr Tjoumakaris recently took care of an injury to my knee. He sent me for tests and prescribed therapy. He is kind and caring. Would highly recommend him!

My son is a baseball player (pitcher)and saw Dr. “Tj” for pain in his shoulder that ended up being a problem he had since birth. We saw 2 other orthopedics first and they wanted to use pins and screws. I wasn’t comfortable with that and we got a third opinion from Dr. Tj and thank god we did! No hardware , simple arthroscopic procedure and he was better than new in a few months. (Even fit his surgery in quickly in order to have him ready to leave for college) Not only is Dr. Tj very knowledgeable he also takes the time to explain things so you can understand them and he genuinely cares about his patients. And His assistant Rebecca is fabulous and extremely helpful ! They both go out of their way to help and answer any questions , I wouldn’t see anyone else.

Dr TJ came very highly recommended by another orthopedist for a complete meniscus root tear. I could not be happier. Dr TJ took his time to explain the surgery and recovery and answer all questions. He was kind and caring. He also has great PAs working with him, Rebecca and Martin, who are so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend.

In 2019 was in Atlantic City for the weekend from New York. While I was walking in a casino hallway slipped and broke my femur bone/compound break. I was rushed to Atlantic City hospital where I had emergency surgery within hours and was very fortunate to have Dr TJ on call. He repaired my break without any complications. I was non weight bearing for three months with daily pt but after six months I was back to work. Thank you Dr. TJ!

Dr TJ is kind and extremely smart. He has treated me since 2013 for a work related injury involving both knees. He never rushes the visit and will answer all questions. He goes above and beyond to provide expert orthopedic treatment. I wouldn't see anyone else

The office staff kept asking me about the wrong limb no was there for the right and they kept asking about the left

This was my second knee surgery with Dr TJ. This one went even better than the first, on a different knee. He is a skilled surgeon and has a great personality. He shares information freely and welcomes questions. His assistant Rebecca is also outstanding. Very pleasant personality and always returns voicemail promptly. She is also great at removing stitches.

He then gave me instructions on how to take care of my knee for future wellness and care Also during my visit he sent me to the xray department to rule out any other possibilities of injury to gain a full understanding of my case and reassured me at the end of my vist if I had questions or concerns to give his office a call 5***** The front desk staff at Rothman was Awesome and the Lobby was setup for social distancing for each patient's protection and safety 5*****

He’s really a great doctor,fixed my left shoulder three years ago rotator cuff repair it’s doing well just had surgery on my right shoulder about a month out it’s feeling much better he’s really a great surgeon , if anybody needs shoulder surgery he’s the guy I would highly recommend him . He’s compassionate and caring can’t say enough good about him great experience .

Dr.TJ recently did an osteotomy on my left knee. I am now in so much less pain and It has greatly improved my quality of life. I’m 32 y/o and the pain I was in was really becoming disabiling. I am extremely grateful for Dr.TJ, his PA Martin Ramsi and the entire Rothman team for all their help. I would also like to note that at no point did anyone ever push me to have surgery. I had tried every conservative option to try and avoid surgery, but nothing worked. Surgery was my last option.

DrTJ just completed arthroscopic rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder. Two years ago he performed the same surgery on my left shoulder. I am 100% satisfied with Dr TJ, his PA Martin Ramsi and the entire Rothman group.

Dr TJ Is a great Doctor and a great surgeon. He preformed rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders in 2015 6 months apart and now I couldn't be happier. I was in such pain using my arms that the quality of my life really dropped. Now I am pain free with full range of motion. I recommend him highly!
