I didn't have to wait long, that was nice. Dr. Fleming was nice. He gave me his honest opinion in what I wanted to be done, and I respected that. He explained things very well in what he could and couldn't do and what he thought/felt but also respected my own opinion at the same time.

After 19 years, one of my saline breast implants ruptured. Obviously, I needed to make an informed decision as to how to proceed. After consultation with Dr. Fleming about my options and concerns, I chose to replace both with silicone gel implants. The procedure went very smoothly and I am very pleased with the results. The size and symmetry are excellent. They look and feel much better than I could have imagined. Also, I experienced no pain during the recovery period, negating the need to take post-operative pain medications. Although Dr. Fleming exceeded my expectations, I must also commend the staff at Kadlec Surgical Center for their excellent care and attention. Truly an outstanding team all around!

Dr. Flemming is the best plastic surgeon in the Tri-City area. He is extremely knowledgeable. He listens to understand what the patient is striving for. He communicates very well. My experience with him was very positive. I had lost a lot of weight, over 130lbs. I needed to medically remove excess skin. His outstanding bed side manner helped me feel very comfortable. His main concern in the beginning was to make me feel comfortable, during the procedure helped me to be pain free, his staff calling to check on me afterwards. Dr. Flemming is so kind and understanding. I highly recommend his practice to anyone for a consult, procedure, opinion on goals you want for yourself, he truly is the best. I would like to add his assistant Amy is the best also! She is very welcoming. When arriving to his office you will be greeted by Annie, front desk. She too, is very welcoming. Did amazing work with little scaring and pain

Dr. Frank Flemming is a terrible doctor. I had trigger finger surgery on 12/5/2019, on Christmas day I had a bad infection, said it was fecal matter from my 2 dogs, it wasn't. Had yellow serous fluid that would squirt across the room, and it is very painful. On antibiotics for weeks, never worked, had another surgery to clean out, waited 2 weeks, then took out stitches and I still had yellow sticky serous fluid squirting 6 feet across the room ( we measured). Had another surgery (#3) to clean out wound and again it did not work. Dr Flemming put a bandaid on the wound and sent me home telling me he had never seen this before. Came back complaining of pain and not getting better, again I got a bandaid and some pain pills & I have never seen this before. So I waited 2 weeks and came in and again I was sent home with a bandaid, telling me he would do another surgery in a week. I found a real doctor, PICC line & 22 day at the hospital to be cured & 5 months of pain, go someplace else I did.

The best of the best. A skilled artist. Dr. Frank Fleming did my facelift and necklift and brow lift recently and I really look fantastic. I look man years younger than my age now and I DON’T look pulled or strange which was a big concern I had had before the surgery. Thank you Dr. Fleming to you and all of your amazing staff.

Dr. Fleming is the best plastic surgeon there is. I was nervous to have a breast reduction, but he was so good about explaining things to me and letting me know what to expect. I can't believe I waited so long to do this. I look so good. I feel great. He is a brilliant surgeon and is a really nice person who made me feel at ease. His entire office was very welcoming and nice. Do not hesitate to go see Dr. Fleming. He's awesome.

I had a mommy makeover done by Dr. Fleming at Kadlec and my results turned out perfect. Perfect size, perfect proportions. I remember being very nervous, but the nurses at the surgery center spoke so highly of Dr. Fleming, telling me he was amazing and that I was in the best hands, putting me at ease. Dr. Fleming’s skill as a surgeon speaks for itself. I was given enough thorough and detailed information so that once I decided to move forward with the surgery I knew it was a good decision.

I had a breast reduction done because of back and neck pain my insurance covered most of the cost. When I had my consult, Dr. Fleming flipped through his book quickly. The only question he asked me was what size I wanted to get down to. Since I was quite large and overweight, I said I wanted to be a D cup, he said he could get me to a C cup. I would recommend Dr. Fleming to anyone who is looking for a cosmetic surgeon. He did my breast reconstruction after I had a double mastectomy and he was so caring and compassionate, words cannot express how important this was to me at the time. I am forever grateful for him.

Dr. Fleming is a wonderful cosmetic surgeon. His skill as a surgeon is simply amazing. I interviewed/consulted with several other doctors before going with Dr. Fleming and I made the right choice!!! He is also very funny which put me at ease right away. His office staff are also very, very, very ice and get top reviews also. If anyone in the Tri-Cities is looking for a cosmetic surgeon they should run not walk to Dr. Fleming's office.

I was desperate to find a doctor who could address a dermatology problem that had gotten out of control. Finding Dr. Fleming changed my life and I will be forever grateful. Dr. Fleming has an 'all business' bedside manor but his skills are exceptional.
